Doors never closed properly from delivery foward. I should have had them load it back up and take it back cause I found out once I have it its my problem with your company. I have to hse a tractor to open and close my doors even after leveling. Container had been dropped and doors sprung.
Im thinking about buying a second container but it won't be from your company and the next time I won't accept delivery unless doors operate as intended.
Only help yall did was tell .e to level it. If you had done the right thing you would have sent a rep out and if it couldn't be repaired you would have replaced it. I wouldn't have minded paying for fuel to bring a replacement. Ive let everyone that ask about the container know not to use your company because you don't stand behind your product.

I ordered a roll up door and it came in damaged. The damaged was not discovered until about 2 months after delivery due to me having broken ribs, I'm almost 72. The damage was not visible until installation when the door was un-rolled. It's worth noting that the door could not and should not be un-rolled until the installation is in process! After notifying container one they first denied my due my claim due to the time between delivery and damage discovery. I informed them that I was healing up from broken ribs. Plus the damage could not be seen until the installation was in process. Was I expected to take delivery and install it in 7 days or less? Anyhow I went up the ladder and spoke with a VP. I supplied him with photos to support my claim. He replied to me via email and CCd the sales rep. to replace my door. I have that email. After several back-and-forth emails and phone calls their offer to replace it was reduced to a can of free touch up paint. My door has a puncture through it! Spraying over it accomplishes nothing! EDIT: Reply received 06/25/26 after reading this my first thought was you folks are just proving my point. Sounds like it was definitely just a canned response. Perhaps even AI but whatever it was Container One certainly doesn't even read their reviews!

The delivery service was great, placed it right where we wanted. However, the overall condition of the container is really rough. The left door is really hard to open and close, even after repeatedly lubricating as recommended by the gentlemen who delivered the container. I have never been able to fully close and secure the container using the locks.

Price was right; delivery was great

They could not sell me a container. Would be nice if the website would have let me know.

We had it placed on a level slab of concrete and the doors won’t close

I ordered a 40 ft High Cube shipping container from container One. Final order was confirmed by Container One on Aug 21, 2025. A container was delivered on Tuesday, August 26. However, the delivered container was a standard size container, not a high cube. The company confirmed their mistake and agreed that they need to swap the container for the correct one. It took over 2 months to get the proper container delivered, and I had to badger the salesman, the logistics group, and even the purchasing team in order to finally get the swap made. Never again.

Was not what I expected.going to use it for something else.

The rubber door gasket is shot and the rust is separating it from a good seal around the doors. I haven't had the container a year yet. I did need it quick and you had the best prices and delivery all in one so I can't complain to much. Thank you Chris Haydo

Doors are very hard to open and close. Lower corners of doors have rusted through. Exterior was in worse shape than I expected. I will never recommend buying a used unit to anyone. This container was delivered at night and I could not see the condition.

The whole process was easy and efficient. There was an issue with the slated delivery time, but we were notified and updated when it was coming the next day. I definitely recommend!!!

The container was delivered without issue, and the delivery person was easy to work with. The condition is better than expected.

From the very first contact I had with Container One, Nina and Cathy were absolutely outstanding and incredibly responsive. This was my first time purchasing a shipping container, so I had a lot of questions and concerns about what I would actually receive.

I was worried about ending up with a rusty, dented container or one covered in logos that I’d have to repaint. After discussing my concerns, I decided to purchase a “one trip” unit — and I honestly could not be happier. The condition of the container exceeded my expectations in every way.

I was also nervous about the delivery because I needed the container backed in on an angle and positioned very close to my building. I was fully expecting they’d have to set it in the parking lot and I’d move it later myself. But when the driver arrived, she walked the route with me, confidently said “no problem,” and then backed it perfectly into place on the first attempt. It was lined up exactly how I wanted it.

I also want to mention Lexie, who was fantastic throughout the delivery process. The truck was running behind that day, but she kept me updated the entire time and was very responsive with communication. That level of customer service really stood out and was greatly appreciated.

The entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I highly recommend Container One!

Purchased CW container for $3489 and paid up-front per the requirement of ContainerONE. When the delivery was made, the driver stated that he walked in, took several pictures, and forwarded them to a broker who approved the delivery w/o inspection. I told him that I did not want this container because of the shape it was in, but he told me that he couldn’t take it back and that I would have to file a claim. That I did. I was informed that it would cost $3158 to ship it back.

My inspection revealed:
-Rubber gasket on door inside edges were cracked, split, and pieces missing.
-Right-hand door had to be forced to close and latch.
-Left-hand door was bent in 3/4* inches at the center from the right-hand door.
-Locking handle on the left-hand door had been broken off and re-welded with a bad weld.
-Left sidewall did not pass the light test. Split in wall had been repaired with a bad weld that had an active crack and two holes that allowed light to pass through.
-Corrugations on left-hand sidewall were flattened by impact in a large area.
-Couldn’t inspect the undercarriage.
-Floor was delaminating and curling up on the outside edges. Caulk between the sidewalls and floor is loose, it does not adhere to the wall or floor.
-Wind can be felt between the cracks between the floor panels.
-Walls and tie-downs on the lower part of the walls are badly corroded by something. Rust and paint covering the rust is falling off the wall.

ContainerONE’s fix was to ship a patch that the customer had to put on at their own expense. This does not match their warranty that says all repairs would be made by ContainerONE. They also stated that it was up to the customer to get the container inspected. They would refund $100.
