Container should have taken 7 to 10 days to arrive, but took almost a month to get here. Once the Container was paid for left several messages for assigned representative, manager and dispatched person and no call back. The only helpful person was the customer service department. The delivery person was great as well and he did not know we waited a month for it. I would diffinitely not recommend this company to anyone if they are looking to get their container on time.

I ordered this container on June 3 and it was delivered on July 22 at a great inconvenience to several people.
We did have one rain delay but only for 3-4 days. Your staff is very non-communicative.

When I ordered the container, I was informed that earlier scheduled deliveries would be completed first. After that, we received 3 inches of rain along with a couple of smaller rains, which required an additional week for the ground to dry out. Altogether, the container took roughly a month to arrive.

I stayed in regular contact with the sales representative, Cathy Ford, as well as the company dispatcher, Dave Davis. Given the heavy rains, I can understand how deliveries may have been delayed.

The driver called ahead and gave me the exact time he would arrive, and he showed up right on schedule. The container — a 40' HC, 9'6" one‑trip unit — was in perfect condition inside and out. We set it on railroad ties in both the front and rear. The driver was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and took photos of the container’s interior and exterior to document its condition and delivery. After signing off, he headed out.

I am satisfied with the entire operation. I can clearly see why dry ground is necessary — the 8,000‑pound container and the flatbed trailer left noticeable impressions in the soil. If the ground had been wet, it would not have been ideal. The driver reassured me of that as well.

Sherry Rothrock is Incredible! She is knowledgeable about the containers and helped match them to our needs. We had a family emergency in the midst of our delivery; between Sherry and the driver, we were able to get things done for our customer. Loving the quality of the one tripper. Looking forward to doing business with Sherry again!

Sales staff were very good at communicating information about the options and costs for the container. It did take a little longer than expected to get the delivery scheduled. The driver did a good job placing the container and assisting with the initial blocking. The container is in great shape, I ordered a 40' x9' one use unit. Can't wait to fill it up.

It could have been much nicer. Mine that I was sold must be 30 years old, rusted, and dented to all hell like it's been in a war. Not what the ad promises.

Everything went smoothly from working with the sales rep to the driver, which I commend the driver for being great at communication and would highly recommend. The paying portion was also simple. Only thing I'd say needs a little better is the sales rep after the sale and for payments as after the sale the communication tapered off.

I don't often get to say this, but what a WONDERFUL company to work with. Customer service was the best. From first phone call until the last detail, I was informed and taken care of. Container was delivered at the timeframe I was told. I wasn't home when it was delivered but my son said not only was the delivery spot on, but the driver gave him great tips about leveling and care. The spot for the container was between a hill and another structure, and the driver parked it perfectly the first time! I highly recommend this company to those thinking about getting a container! Price was great also - best I was quoted! Thank you for making this one of the easiest experiences I have had!

The container was delivered on the date promised. It was also delivered in the condition that we expected it to be in. And the driver was extremely helpful as it was delivered In an off-road situation.

I highly recommend Container One! Smooth process with scheduling and the delivery! Very responsive and reliable! Darla was our sales person and she was patient with multiple delays on our part and her communication with us was top notch! Our Delivery guy was awesome as well! Was able to place the container right where we needed it!
