I expected a possibly beat up patched…
I expected a possibly beat up patched up container but I did not expect for the doors not to swing and latch properly they are so rusted up they do not want to swing nor do they want to close into the container properly the delivery man wonderful idea was to grease or you step to enter to make it close better I never heard such an idiotic idea in my life nor did he want to wiggle his trailer around to get it lined up where I wanted it exactly and he didn't so I had to move it over a foot on one end which made me very unhappy because I suck her head over 250 ft to be able to move around him I'm an old semi driver and if he can't put that little thing in for a semi would go or something really wrong with that dude and you want to know how to improve or make sure the doors work the rest of it don't really matter as long as it's water tight you can always paint it make sure the doors work

Hi Richie, thank you for your feedback, and we do appreciate your positive comment about the delivery being placed exactly where you wanted it.
Our drivers complete an inspection before delivery and review that inspection at drop-off, which was signed off at the time without these concerns being noted. If exterior cosmetics were the top priority, we would definitely recommend a 1-trip container, as that is the best option for appearance.

I purchased a new (one trip) high cube with 2 doors. Excellent container. Delivery was good. Pleased with the product. I think that the extra cost for the single use was a good investment.

One of the doors on the container you shipped to me only opens about thirty degrees. It’s pretty much a deal breaker. I am seeking a discount or will end up trying to get something where both doors open. Ball in your court.

At delivery, our driver completed the 5-point inspection, and the doors opened, closed, and latched with no issues, so a door now opening only partway often comes down to technique in how the doors are released and swung. It took along time for me to decide what to get a building or the 40 ft container. I'm happy tha I got the container! It's dry, not ugly and holds everything i need it to! The sales and delivery driver were great and so easy to deal with

I trusted that I would get what I paid for.
I did not
This was not a discounted item because of the condition this was sold as a solid water type piece.
Ultimately that’s not what happened I ended up with a rusted up. Rust holes hinges don’t don’t work so doors don’t open and close
I’m 72 years old
I contacted there complaint line
That ended up to be a waste of texts and time . Then they texted me they dropped the case .
Convenient
I just wanted what I paid for not junk
a little rust is fine, metal rusts
NOT being able to function open and close tends to be a REAL issue…..

Container ONE CANNOT be beat! Hands down the BEST!
I have worked with William both times in purchasing our containers. The service was amazing! William is a joy to work with and HANDS DOWN provides THE BEST price. Way better than Container King and many others. The only issue we had this time was getting the delivery set and having it arrive in the timeframe we needed. The dispatch was short staffed and our container took about a week or two longer than expected. Otherwise, it was a great transaction

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, there was a small mixup on the delivery date but it was rectified quickly, I was very happy with the placement of the container as I had to explain to the delivery driver over the phone
