I was more disappointed in the fact that your "lead time" is so long. We are moving from out of state and was only in town for a short spell. It was dry with no rain for days when I ordered and by the time you got it there it was raining and still to this day is not where we needed it. The rain hasn't stopped enough to dry out, Still.

Fair price, good condition.
The delivery driver they hired was very courteous, even though he was delivering in the dead of winter and he was from the South. My hi-cube container arrived in very good shape. I did find one pin hole in the ceiling that dropped water, but a smear of 2320 Gutter and Seam that I had on hand eliminated that. The doors are difficult to open, but I was expecting that. I framed a walk-in door into the side for my use, so not concerned about stiff doors. I have no complaints about the price, I thought it was fair.

The unit ordered was a 20ft Wind & Water Tight container, which is a functional storage grade and may show prior repairs or cosmetic wear while still meeting that standard. If appearance is a top priority, a 1-trip container is typically the better fit for a cleaner cosmetic condition. 2 of the 4 containers doors do not…
2 of the 4 containers doors do not operate, and 2 of the 4 containers were beat up pretty good on the sides and the roof caved in.

We are sorry to hear this. We have an inspection that is done by you and driver at delivery, If the doors did not function we would not deliver it so i suspect the containe may need to be leveled. Roof caved in? please contact our claims department becuse we will replace this if it is trully caved in.

40 ft side doors one trip container love it
Container is working great love the side doors works perfectly for storing my lumber and supplies . Delivery driver put it in the exact placement that was prepared and the color of the container matches house and out building . It was totally worth purchasing a 40 ft one trip with side doors . The containers that we received had much more damage and rust than expected. Images at time of sale and prior to shipment would have assisted in making an informed decision.

Hi Angela, thank you for your feedback. The containers delivered were WWT grade, which is intended to provide a structurally sound, wind and water tight unit. If exterior cosmetics were the top priority, we would definitely recommend 1-trip containers, as those are the best option for appearance. We also provide very realistic representative images of each container grade on our website so customers can better understand the type of unit they are purchasing. Our drivers complete an inspection before delivery, and the inspection form is reviewed and signed at delivery. We appreciate your feedback regarding condition expectations.
Not the color i wanted. Door hinges broken
Once ordered showed up quick….. i was very clear while ordering that i did not want a red, yellow or blue container. I was not in a hurry for one so whenever a neutral color came up next id take it.
Was sent a BLUE container. Delivery driver said he needed 130’ to drop it. I had a 180’ clearing with a pad ready. Driver struggled terribly bad….Four of the door hinges are completely broken, not sure how i will fix that…..Called them back to let them know and discuss this. No correspondence back whatsoever.

For safe placement, the delivery area has to allow enough solid, stable ground for the truck to unload properly, and sometimes the exact drop location may need to be adjusted based on site conditions at the time of delivery.
