The container leaked from the beginning first rain and snow we had the roof leak I took videos and pictures they wanted to know where it was leaking from I said the roof they said well you need to be more specific I had already loaded it many things got ruined and damaged and they wouldn't do anything about it I told him I would take him to small claims Court they they told me it was my responsibility to fix the leak even though I had a guarantee that it wouldn't leak for 5 years

Took a long time to get them.
Took a long time to get them but delivery was very good and I have one door that's very hard to close have to jack one door up to get it closed.

Have you tried leveling the container? You should not need a jack to open/close doors and jacking the door up may cause other long term problems with the door. Give us a call and we can discuss solutions to your door issue.

Cassandra is awesome
Cassandra is awesome. Kyle is awesome. Hopefully ill get a good container. Last one had rust holes in it. I choose to fix myself instead of having it fixed or replaced by container one which they would have done. Make sure you inspect it reallt good when you get it. Container One would have made it right im sure.

The purchase with destination pricing …
The purchase with destination pricing is competitive with other retailers and coordinated delivery service was outstanding. My property is 10 miles down a bumpy dirt trail and usually takes an hour to drive; yet the delivery driver drove it and dropped the container exactly where I wanted it. Furthermore, the same delivery driver brought my second container to the same location without any complaints or issues.

These people know what they are doing.
It was an easy transaction with no pressure. I have rated you highly but I have nothing good to say about the driver who delivered it.
He was very hurried and at one point threatened to drop the container in a church parking lot because he was convinced he was going to end up stuck in a hollow somewhere.

Ordered 2 one trip containers for storage at what we considered a very reasonable price. Lexanna was a great help from start to finish. Rebecca on the logistics side was also pleasant to deal with. She made sure our sight was ready and that we knew what to expect upon delivery. Containers arrived in the time frame specified. The delivery driver was very knowledgeable and skilled. He helped us set them up and was very precise in how and where he set them. The containers look brand new and look great. Thanks to all that were involved in this process.
