Container one delivered everything they said they would in the time frame that was set. The driver was flexible and changed the delivery day to accommodate my schedule. The driver was also very courteous and easy to work with.

Does not seem to be a serious company. Very friendly staff but zero communication skills. Missed delivery estimates repeatedly, no return calls from logistics and frequently transferred to numbers where no one was available to take my call. Finally had to cancel order and purchase for Eveon.

We had rain the week of original delivery date and then had a family emergency and couldn't take delivery of container for several more weeks. Your staff and driver were understanding and worked with us.

Delivery problems
Ordered a turbine vent for my container on 7/6/26 and as of 7/24/26 the dispatch cannot give me information on delivery. My calls have not been returned and messages ignored. Now trying to cancel the order and finding that to be very difficult. My order was over $200.00 ans they sure hit my card immediately.

Delivery was great and as scheduled
Delivery was great and as scheduled. Container came with a 5 year warranty against leaks. IT LEAKS! I'm in the process of contacting Container One to have the problem fixed.

I had no problem with the container I received and can't state how much the delivery driver helped me get the container where it needed to be set up. My only problem is I paid upfront and didn't receive my veterans discount. Even after several attempts I never got the discount refunded.

When the container was delivered the door did not close correctly.
When the container was delivered the driver had a hard time opening the door. It took both of us with a five foot pipe extension to close the door. Since then I have had the same experience. The right door does not want to close. Again, the only way to close it is to use 2 pipe extensions to force it to close. Not pleased about this at all. I cannot open the container without at least one or two more people to help close it. The driver that delivered it witnessed this as well.

Took 4 times to schedule every time I…
Took 4 times to schedule every time I was told it would be delivered and I would get a call in the morning I would call after 1 pm to hear I would still get a call then I would call at 4 and they would cancel. This went on 3 times found this to be incredibly frustrating for my work. I will give a 3 star because it doesn’t leak but the container is in a little worse shape than described and I threw my back out trying to open the doors.

Container One want me to fix the 3 leaks with their patch on the container. The sun shine through - the driver didn't inspect as promised - I'm done with Container One they can keep their patches.

After your warranty claim was opened, our team did respond and offered a permanent repair kit solution in line with the warranty terms, along with follow-up instructions to address the leaking areas you reported. While we understand this was not the resolution you were hoping for, the container ordered was a 40 HC WWT, and we did our best to provide a solution under the warranty terms for that grade.

I would never consider doing business with Container One again, after what I went through.
Container was junk. Doors were jacked up. Customer service was crap. Never again!

The container purchased was a Wind & Water Tight (WWT) grade container, which is designed to provide a solid, functional storage solution, though it may show prior wear and repairs and is not always the most cosmetic option. If appearance is the main priority, a 1-trip container is typically the better fit. Each unit goes through our 5-step inspection process, and the delivery inspection was also reviewed and signed at delivery. Container quality was good
Container quality was good, but your company sent the same driver that stole >$1300 from me, despite my request to have a different person to deliver my third container. Your driver tried to illicit more money from my mother when he did the delivery, thankfully no more money was stolen from my family. Mike, your current driver for my area, needs to be reprimanded for his illegal selling of containers to undercut your company and avoid paying taxes. If I am unable to get my money back from Mike I plan to file a report with the IRS for tax evasion and fraud.

Misled about stock and lead time
Was told that the unit was in stock nearby and would only take a week or two to get out of the port. 6 WEEKS later and we still had nothing. We NEVER received any calls from them without initiating the contact and having to be transferred at least twice. After we had to source the unit from somewhere else, we called to cancel and they conveniently said "we can deliver tomorrow". They then refused to refund all of our $.

We struggled with a particular dispatcher who said he was trying to get a driver lined up (over 1 month delay). We delayed our project waiting on 2 containers. When I asked for a refund, his boss found a great driver.
