I recently bought a container from ContainerOne. The sales team was great and helped me decide what container would work best for me. I decided to buy a 1-Trip container and it was exactly as described. The driver was professional and the the best getting it where I wanted. Highly recommend Container One if you need a shipping container.

We called and spoke to Derick, we inquired about a 40 ft long high-top shipping container. We spoke to him about having it delivered. He advised if it could not be delivered there would be a full refund. So we made the purchase through financing. Later after numerous conversations with logistics and sending pictures they had a driver look at our location. The driver said it could not be done. We then contacted Deric for a refund. He never responded so we finally were directed to CFO Cary Lawson. He said he would look into it, and see what he could do (spoke with my wife). I called and spoke to him and he advised I sue the sales man Derick and hung up on me. I then called and was sent to the Owner he was even less helpful. He continually blamed us for the issues and canceling. I explained we were told we would be refunded in full if the container could not be delivered. He denied this and even stated his salesman could lie. They could do what ever they wanted. We had checked a terms and conditions button and we owed the $350.00 to cancel the order. I explained that we were never informed of this and we never agreed. He said come to OHIO and sue me. We have been sued for this more than one time and don't care. I said I would file suit in WV and he said he would simply give WV the middle finger. Wv can not touch me and hung up.
