Container quality
So based upon my training, the container I received is a quality D container and not sea worthy, nor is it water tight. There are holes in the floor. I have not gone inside and checked as of yet but it looks like it got beat up pretty bad by Godzilla. Not happy with this at all.
Answer: I bought a wind and water tight container. Additionally it took waaaay longer to arrive than I was initially informed. It took over a month after paying to receive this beat up container. I fully understand that I didn't buy a one trip container but didn't think I was buying like a first article container from 1972.

We go out of our way to mae sure our customers understand the grade of container they are buying. we have 4 grades and warranties to back it up. What grade did you buy? 1 trip, cargo worthy, wind and water tight or economy grade. they all come with warranty so let us know and if you have any leaks we will take care of as soon as you file a claim.

The container was as expected which was good. Your delivery driver did an excellent job placing the container were i wanted it and went out of his way to help.

Reasonable pricing & most importantly no pay before you play
I called and spoke to a rep we went order the options he never tried to up sell me he sent pic's of the actual choices we discussed a price time and location he showed up on time let me inspect without any interjection and he had no problem placing it where I wanted it all before payment that was awsome highly recommended.

Bad Experience
The container was in bad shape to start with. Floor really rough and rust spots that are very thin. Driver didn't really know what to do. He was in such a big hurry to just drop and go. He ran over our water meter, it was marked with orange cone, we had to have it replaced.
We bought 2nd container from someone else on Facebook. $500 cheaper. They were fantastic. Driver took his time. He had shorter distance to work with and did a great job. THE container looked good for used, better than yours.

David, this isn't the experience we want anyone to have. On the container itself, you ordered a Wind & Water Tight (WWT) unit, which is a used grade, so some cosmetic wear and surface rust on the floor are expected for that spec and price; it's built to be structurally sound and fully sealed against wind and rain, not to look new. It was delivered way after 9 o'clock
It was delivered way after 9 o'clock, so I couldn't inspect. The unit, it's beat to hell the doors. I couldn't hardly open or shut, and the driver told me is because the ground was unlevel, Seoul, the next day I leveled it up, got everything level still couldn't operate the doors properly. I had to take 2 of the 4 locks off of the door just so that I can lock the lock the unit. I'm very disappointed in this unit. I signed for it, so I'm stuck with it. Buddy but it's in really poor shape
I called you folks. I tried to upgrade it to a bigger one in better shape and was said no, because I was under contract for this one I could have a new contract and get another one, but I was stuck with this one. Although the salespeople were awesome
This unit is not worth what I'm paying for it
All because the driver got lost and showed up here. So late, then I couldn't properly inspect the unit. And then he wasn't very truthful about the door and why they wouldn't open

I was nervous about ordering something I hadn't seen. I called and spoke with Todd Anderson. He was great! He told me the facts without adding nonsense I've gotten from other purchases. He helped getting through to the bank for me also. When it arrived it was exactly what I wanted and at the price he said. I think I'll order another one in a couple weeks. Job well done!

Nice alternative to metal shop
The container arrived looking brand new and the delivery service worked with me to place it on pre-positioned railroad ties. It is framed and finished inside with generator electrial. On the outside I added a 12 x 12 deck that is 50% enclosed and attached to the container. Only thing left is to anchor the deck to the container, anchor the container and the deck to the ground, and skirt both. This alternative gives me plenty of shop and storage space in a top notch container.

I like the container and the price was… okay
UPDATE: No one made it right. My brother's box is still facing the wrong direction. I had to pay someone to move mine out of the road to the pad of gravel I had prepared for it.
I like the container and the price was okay, but I did not appreciate it being dumped in the middle of the road. Not only was it a stupid roadblock, it was expensive getting it moved. My brother's container was delivered with the doors facing the wrong side.

We only drop were you tell us to. We never just randomely drop a container somewhere. Yur brothers container as repositioned to the correct way at delivery.
Easy and detailed ordering!
The entire purchasing and delivery experience was easy and well explained. I needed my container placed in a very specific location and the driver was able to accommodate me and place it exactly where I wanted it. The container was in decent shape and I am satisfied with the purchase. I may purchase another some time in the future and I will be returning to Container One for my next purchase.
