Excellent experience in using this app to allow friends and family to contribute to a 50th birthday collection for my wife as she is looking to treat herself to something extra special and that has allowed others to contribute. Excellent app, easy to use.

I was told by a friend about this app. Its great to use for a collection for my choir as not everyone has cash. I hate having 2 give my bank details to people. Everyone who has used it loves it.

I used this App to collect money for my World Cup sweepstake.
I can tell you I’m very impressed with how easy it is to use and how easy it is for others to pay into your pot.
It’s safe & secure & they keep you well updated via emails, I will certainly be using Collctiv again and have no hesitations in recommending Collctiv to be your go to place when you are collecting funds from friends & family.

Such a great service
Such a great service. I used it to take payments for an event of around 60 people that I was organising and it was super easy to set up and use. Plus payment for the service is completely voluntary. Can't get a better deal than that!

First time using Collctiv and took £7.50 tip
First time using Collctiv. I was shocked to see that they took £7.50 tip when the optional amount shown was £0.25! I have looked online and see that this has happened to others!

Great app for collecting donations
Great app for collecting donations, I used this to create a pot for my daughters birthday instead of gifting toys , I asked family and friends to gift cash so I could open a JISA,
Easy to use and really easy for family to donate money as well

A nightmare that still has no end in…
As a hospitality venue awaiting payment of a £6000 invoice. My customer, without prior agreement sent my payment to Collectiv. This was a big mistake on their part as Collectiv is NOT a B2B payment system. It is a collection and payment service for friends and family. As such, insufficient warning is given to users about paying suppliers using the App. My Events based business has had a nightmare trying to collect this £6000. Which at the time of posting this review has still not been received

Intuative product with helpful support
