1. Highly Misleading Booking Process: The LiveIt booking interface showed a total charge of €1500, including a refundable €750 deposit. However, after making the payment and receiving a confirmation, I was unexpectedly informed that the first month’s rent was still due. This bait-and-switch tactic was the first red flag in a series of unprofessional practices.

2. Substandard and Inadequate Living Conditions: Upon arrival, I discovered a living space that starkly contrasted with the online portrayal. The property lacked adequate common areas, featuring a cramped kitchen unfit for communal use and a dining area that could hardly accommodate two people. My room, which I entered on the second day of my booking, was left in a disheveled state with dirty linens and towels. Considering that I could have rented a private flat with comprehensive amenities for the same price, the value proposition of LiveIt is outrageous.

3. Unaddressed Complaints and Poor Community Management: Logging into the community chat was shocking; it was inundated with complaints from tenants about various issues. The sheer volume and nature of these complaints were alarming and indicated a deep-rooted problem in management and tenant satisfaction.

4. Potential Fire Hazard: The inadequacy of the space presented serious safety concerns. On my first attempt to enter the property, the doorway was obstructed by a drying rack placed in front of the washing machine, as there was no other suitable space for it. This not only reflects poor planning and disregard for basic living standards but also poses a significant fire hazard.

5. Financial Mismanagement and Absence of Refunds: Despite their assurances, the refund for the front desk payment never materialized. Having spent €2250 for subpar accommodation, this financial mismanagement is unacceptable. It’s disheartening to witness such disregard for basic customer service and financial integrity.

Big warning. My Son stayed at their place for several months this summer. When he went home he never get refund on the deposit and havent got it yet. This i scam and a shame. The deposit is 790 euro. If anyone else have this problem please contact me so we can help eachother.
