Persisting problems with payments to my…
Persisting problems with payments to my credit card account; payments bounced back to my current account.
Secondly, login using browser now subject to frustrating delays, requiring repeated renewals of login page.
This has started within the past week ir so, following cancellation of a pending charge.
I have been a customer for 18 years now, but have just discovered that I cannot even use the online complaints form, as the page does not respond.
Will someone from the bank's Customer Service team please help sort this out.
Tried to phone : wait time in excess of 15 minutes.
2 messages from Coop Bank, but please note: login via browser has failed; I cannot read them.
Phone conversation with helpful advisor Mehrenn revealed that the Coop Bank has seemingly overlooked the fact that my credit card was issued by the Cooperative Bank a few years ago and that I have used it properly ever since.
The card has the Cooperative Bank logo printed clearly at the top and, to reiterate, the bounced payments have been caused by an internal error .
I sincerely hope that this saga will be fully resolved to my satisfaction on Monday.
Final headache: the app will not download statements: error message.

I telephoned Co-operative Customer Service Team following a stressful few days attempting to resolve a worry I had on one of my accounts. I was very lucky to get Natalie at the end of the phone. She immediately reassured me, was kind but professional and all my concerns and worries were sorted. I have been with the bank for 40 years & whenever I have had reason to call Customer Service I have always finished the call feeling completely satisfied that I was listened to & cared for. Natalie definitely achieved that yesterday. Thank you.

It took me at least 5 attempts to set…
It took me at least 5 attempts to set up my online banking. Too many steps in the set up process and minor mistakes meant you had to start again. First direct was my previous bank and the set up was much easier. I am 80years old which doesn't help!
But older people like the Coop generally so I think they need to simplify the set up or they will lose older customers.

Easy to check each day
I check my account every day and find it quite easy. I especially like the fact that I can ring 159 and be connected to the fraud department immediately if I find anything suspicious. I also like being able to message the bank if I have a query, instead of hanging on the phone for ages.

Visited the branch to deposit cash
Visited the branch to deposit cash, staff was excellent and very friendly, only problem was its only open monday to Friday and shorter opening hours, hard to get to branch when working monday to Friday, only 3 branches available around the north east. Had to rush down during lunch hour and been town centre there's also the parking charge to consider.

Worst bank worst support agents they short changed me 500 and moved branches onto Coventry all a scam they are doing it on purpose trying to deceive people complaints been 45 days now and nothing worst bank in UK needs closing down immediately
