The benefit of a local branch
I walked in with a query to understand the implications of a letter from my bank. I was seen at my local branch almost immediately and had a good discussion with the bank advisor and we concluded that I was best served by no change

The Co-operative Bank were extremely efficient in contacting me when a transaction that a company tried to take out of my account they immediately contacted me and blocked the company. Their action i found was extremeky efficient. I like banking with them.
