Everything went smoothly and just flowed without distractions and the advisors were brilliant.

The gentleman I spoke regarding this upsetting transaction, was so reassuring and sorted everything out for me.

I have always had excellent service from the Co-operative Bank and would strongly recommend it to everyone.

Always receive excellent customer service, and always have query/ enquiry dealt with by a polite advisor!

How many Co-op Bank 'CLOWNS' does it take to rectify a BANK MISTAKE - which has resulted in a customers debit card being blocked - Due to the Banks own internal incompetent stupidity of
staff.

Co-op keeps sending 'one time pass codes' to a mobile number ending in 0000 - but that's not the customers contact number!!! -

Is there a internal Co-op Bank SCAM taking place????

Customer has repeatedly contacted the organisation by phone (x3) & emails(x4) asking for the 'pass code' to be emailed. Also talk to customer services, when they telephoned, who promised to rectify the situation
GUESS WHAT - NOTHING HAPPENED.

Last email sent to the bank - resulted in Co-op refusing to deal with the issue - claiming customers email was unverifiable - so why have these CLOWNS sent numerous emails to client previously?????????

Contact through Trustpilot has also had Bank making promises to deal with the internal Co-op issue
GUESS WHAT - NEVER HAPPENED

Co-op Bank customers - watch out - something fishy is going on - check your accounts regularly for anomalies.

It's a great bank for all your business and savings...

Co Op Bank . Treat your money like it’s there’s , rude and arrogant fraud teams making people spend upto an hour convincing them that you are just paying your rent and not being scammed by some nigerian love rat scam . Blocking cards when you are shopping etc and completely over stepping their place

I really appreciate that my money is with an ethical bank not a nasty profitit making corporation, investing my money in all aorts of dubious investments. I know it will soon be taken over by The Coventry Building Society, but that is ethical too as my money will be usedfor mortages to house for people in England. So much better than funding weapons. Web site easy to use.

Their online banking is a right royal pain in the backside, like pulling teeth, if you want to do something quickly that’s important and before you forget, then you have a better chance of being bitten on the bottom by a daffodil, it’s excruciatingly slow and almost impossible to get access to your account in a reasonably quick time, and no COOP there is nothing wrong with my WiFi or my devices, it’s your end and your antiquated app…

Overall a great Bank and always there when I need them

I’ve been banking with The Co-operative Bank for more than 10 years. They always put the customer first. I’ve always found the staff to be very helpful and understanding.

I was very happy to b seen with out appointment and I think I was lucky to b helped by gentleman I think his name Ritchi he was very explanatory and very clear I wish every one was like in other establishments .

I walked in with a query to understand the implications of a letter from my bank. I was seen at my local branch almost immediately and had a good discussion with the bank advisor and we concluded that I was best served by no change
