No ifs buts or maybes Closer Pets help team (Sue) sorted it.

I had to contact Closer Pets as my Cat Mate C500 feeder unexpectedly developed a fault, whereby I was unable to adjust any of the times. I was also concerned as I was going away and would be needing to use the feeder, so I needed this resolved fairly quickly. I rang their customer service and spoke to a helpful lady called Sue who said that I should initially remove all the batteries leave the Cat Mate for at least a couple of hours then reinsert new batteries and try to adjust the time again.
I did as she suggested but it still would not work. I rang back and spoke to Sue again, explaining that it still did not work. Sue then sent me an email to which I just had to reply with a copy of my proof of purchase, which I did. I then promptly received two further emails, one stating that a new Cat Mate C500 had been ordered and was getting ready to be shipped to me and the other was from Sue, confirming that a replacement C500 had been ordered for me and I should receive it in the next two working days, so I will receive it in time before I go away. I was pleasantly surprised at how unexpectedly easily and quickly this had all been dealt with.
Thank you again Sue for dealing with this so efficiently and professionally and completely exceeding my expectations.

I would highly recommend buying your microchip cat flap from Closer Pets. Although I had some problems getting it sorted, their excellent customer service helped get things working. Now my cat is free to come and go and I am relaxed knowing no other animals can come in.

Ordering was simple and delivery quick. Package was left in safe place and item better than expected.

Had a problem with an 18 month old Fish Feeder and didn't know it was still in Warranty until they told me. Searched for the order from Amazon and sent them the screen shot. New machine shipped Express same day. Excellent Service deserves a 5*

I have had a few issues with a cat flap I purchased just over three years ago. I contacted the customer service by email twice over in the first 20 months and they were very helpful suggesting solutions to help. At the time this advice solved the issue.
Unfortunately last week the issue re presented. My guarantee was a week out of the 3 year manufactures warranty. Once again I contacted and the company have kindly replaced the device. This was all done very promptly. I have been very impressed with the customer service and aftercare

I had a problem with a P7000 feeder, and was having difficulties evidencing proof of purchase.
Two Customer Service staff assisted: Martin Davis and Sue Miller, who steered me through the process and also voluntarily found the needed POP. From my first contact with Closer Pets to conclusion with a replacement unit being sent, was less than 24 hours.

It is nice to find that, as the world seems to be descending into chaos around us: there are still companies and people around who both value and provide such exemplary customer service as this!
