After researching pet microchip feeders I purchased 2 MibBowl feeders. I have two cats and one is eating more than his fair share. Both my boys were confidently using their own MibBowl within 24 hours of receiving them. They are easy to use and the food cover is not particularly loud. They seem to be very sturdy and just big enough for one cat to easily eat at. The bowls are deep enough for my boys to have 2 days of food. It is a shame they do not come with 2 bowls as I give my boys wet and dry food alternately and do need to be washed straight away after wet food use.

I ordered a dog fountain & it wasn't working properly, so I emailed closer pets & got a prompt reply back & a replacement was sent.
The customer service was brilliant.
& good prompt communication.
I would definitely recommend buying from closer pets & I won't hesitate to order more items in the future.

Noticed some rust forming on section where filter is secured.

Got in touch with closer pets. Waiting couple of days for reply other than email received. After sending proof of purchase was sent in. Customer service sending me a full new fountain with no extra costs.

I had to contact customer service help line for a problem with a product I had bought a few months earlier. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within 10 minutes!

Our automatic cat feeder which we used for around two years stopped working recently. We tried everything but could not make it work. We just gave up and were contemplating purchasing a new one. Then we called Closer Pets. Mr Martin requested for proof of purchase and the next day a new one arrived. Thank you for making a customer happy.

Outstanding customer service.

We have the Catmate500 product from Closer Pets. It has been perfect for over 2 years - a really great product however just recently developed a fault. I contacted customer service and wow what a great team. Support is as good as you can ever expect. This product has a 3 year guarantee which I wasn't aware of. A fantastic company who clearly stand by their product.

Superb customer service. The product we had purchased worked well for approx 10 months - then developed a fault. Their help team responded immediately and replaced the product next day. Such prompt and effective customer service is very impressive.

My call was answered by a real person who very quickly sorted my query in very friendly and professional manner. She could not have been more helpful. My query related to fish feeder that had stopped working and it was replaced without any discussion or argument. This is a clear example of how retailers should operate but seldom do.

What amazing customer services! Our cat door unfortunately stopped working and I contacted the company via email for assistance. Very responsive and precise instructions received and when the issue did not get resolved, I received a new replacement door within a few days under the warranty of the product. Neither additional questions were asked nor the process was made difficult for us to trigger the warranty. When I had the same issue with a competitor cat door manufacturer, we surely did not get the same level of customer services. Thank you and you guys are amazing!

I purchased a feeder through an ebay outlet but it turned out to be faulty. I contacted the main company and their action and advise was first class. Sending a replacement unit which worked fine. First class service

Yes the P7000 fish feeder failed after 11 months, these thinks happen especially with electrics and water, but the after sales service received was second to none.
Within 2 hours of telephoning customer services, a replacement unit had been agreed and was on its way.
Just excellent after sales serivice. Just wish all companies were like this.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my cat flap not working properly. I spoke to Sue in support and they sent out a replacement that day and it was the upgraded microchip version. The new flap works puuurrrfectly 😁
