Food quality is excellent. My Chow Chow can only have venison due to allergies. He loves this boneless venison. It is despatched as soon as I order and delivered very quickly. Online support has been immediate when needed. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Always really helpful and friendly. Both of my dogs have been raw red since puppies but they have enjoyed this food the most. Really easy to order on subscription and loads of choices to try, as well as loads of treats they love too. Always email back with any questions or queries I have had.

My wife ordered 4 packs of Venison from our local stockist. We have had this product in the past and need to be careful as one of our dogs can be food intolerant . Upon opening a pack it was clearly NOT Venison. It was completely different in colour and texture plus greasy. My wife contacted Mersey Raw who requested the batch number. This was unreadable as it was totally smudged so a photo was sent to them. They said that as long as they could read a couple of digits they could trace the batch number. It was impossible to read 2 digits and the entire batch number SHOULD have been displayed and legible. This leads me to question the validity of a product that in essence has no traceability. The reply from them was that they could trace the batch, it was Venison and I should contact their supplier who I purchased the packs from and not them. With this kind of customer service I would urge people to steer clear of this company. If you have purchased any of their raw products, see if you have a readable batch number ? They are printing the batch numbers on the underside of the sticky label that affixes to the lid. This method completely smudges the batch number. I have photos to show the meat and the batch number.

Superb delivery, guy was great, these bones are so juicy my dogs love them so much they eat every last bit until there is nothing left!. Just one of the raw bones can last my german shepard a good few hours.

Its proper protien and calcium none of this raw hide rubbish i was giving him. I hated giving him those bones from the supermarketd as I knew they are full of rubbish preservatives etc. Bones from supermarkets are also over priced and my dog never ever finished one. He would chew it for an hour and leave it.

Im so happy so very very happy with this service. Im so glad I found a place like this. The price is very good ideed. In the supermarket I must have been paying at least £20 a week for bones!. I bought three boxes and delivery for the same price and will prob last a whole month.

These bones are super fresh, so fresh they come with an icepack!!!! Lolllll

Consistently great service from the Mersey Raw guys, always a next day service, well wrapped and frozen, and good advice always offered if you ask. The dogs love their food and treats and all do well on them, no upset stomachs.

Tried out the raw food options (beef, turkey and sprats) for our 12 week old puppy and he absolutely loves it. Everyday he’s going crazy for his meal and his stools look so much better on this diet! Insanely good for GSD who are prone to allergies and sensitive stomachs. We also tried the lamb bones and deer antler which is a LIFE saver for itchy teeth and his go to whenever he’s bored and needs something to bite on! I feed Mersey Raw meat to both my cats and dogs and they love it and my cats in particular are extremely fussy. I have over the years used several supplier’s, that just didn’t meet my animals or my requirements. For quality products, price and service they can’t be beaten.

Plus their packaging is first class and excellent when I need a container to store their essentials, like ear cleaners/drops etc.

We have recently moved our 3 spaniels to Mersey raw from another raw food provider. We are so impressed with the food and the quality of the delivery service. Our dogs absolutely love it and they look in fab condition. We are fairly new to raw feeding and have found their customer service to be absolutely amazing. It’s been ages since I dealt with a company as customer focussed as Mersey Raw. They respond within a very short window to communications, sort out requests very quickly, delivery is overnight, even on a Sunday. As for the product, my dog has a number of very serious health conditions including Addisons disease and extensive arthritis, yet she is thriving on her diet of Mersey Raw complete minces. I particularly like the variety of choice offered, and prefer to give my dog the meats that come from animals that are not farmed for human consumption. These tend to have less chemical load. Overall, a very reliable, responsive company, and a great product that my dog loves, and thrives on.

Freddie loves his new diet. My reason for changing to a raw diet was because my dog was slightly under weight. He’s only been on his new diet for a few weeks and is already putting weight on and looking forward to his meals. The variety of food is excellent, storage is ideal and customer service is amazing. I would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of switching your dogs diet.

I would firstly like to applaud on the packaging, perfectly frozen on delivery as they include ice packs in boxes (unlike a lot of suppliers who deliver frozen items as if it was a pair of shoes). They are always on time with delivery- it’s next day. I have sent afew emails inquiries afew months before I got my puppy and they replied back enthusiastically. I encourage dog parents to buy from Mersey Raw, I can’t stress enough how the minces are high quality, my boy loves them! Containers are air-tight and delivery is on point :)

I must say this food is so good, my dog loved it, the packaging is very easy to open and great for storing it in the fridge or freezer as it stacks well.
I was very impressed with the variety available and it looks and smells very fresh, no horrible smell that comes with some raw meat, well except the ones with tripe in but that’s something completely different.
The delivery was very fast, my order arrived the next day as promised.
In my opinion you couldn’t go wrong feeding this food to your dog.

We are new to raw feeding and after doing lots of research decided to trial merseyraw food, for my two springer spaniels 12 years old and 18 months old. My old boy had become increasingly fussy with food, often leaving it and had started losing weight. I used Mersey Raw’s guide introducing raw feeding into their diet and he wolfed his food down licking the bowl clean.

We have made the switch over to raw feeding and I’m made up with the variety of different meats, the quality of the food, quick delivery and subscription discounts. After having an issue with delivery, I can vouch that the customer service is fantastic and the problem was sorted quickly.

Bought a few tubs to try and my dog loves it, seems to be great quality, high meat composition and not runny or watery like other brands.

Have now set up a subscribe and save with a couple of addition items added, the customer service representative Alex was top class in helping me set this up.

Being the owner of a fussy 1 year old Leonberger pup, we've tried our hand at various brands and even butchers over the last year, all of which to limited success. Then we happened upon Mersey Raw and it's completely changed the game completely, now our pups eating every time without fuss.
The packaging is ideal for us as she'll eat a 500g tub each meal, and since they're in leakproof containers, they're infinitely more convenient than their counterparts.
Even the delivery we find ourselves impressed with, next day, very clearly packaged with great care.

Long story short we're delighted with Mersey and having it as a subscription just makes life so much easier.

I am feeding a 4 year old cavapoochon and a 5 month old cockerpoo on this food and both absolutely love it! My question was, Is it complete? Especially because i have a growing puppy. I was already mixing up the proteins and not found any that they turned their noses up at so Alex suggested adding frozen sprats and raw eggs with shell to provide extra vitamins. Iv now added the sprats to my subscription. Thank you for that information and hope it helps other customers with the same question. Excellent food and excellent customer service.
