Probably the worst customer service and dumbest company procedure! My boyfriend order a necklace for me for Valentine's Day and and the email him saying he was a "potential" fraud... I mean its kinda insulting but we gave them a second email and phone number like they ask and they came back saying we need to send a picture of the credit card... and we did send it..I mean what do you want more.. My boyfriend never had any problem with his card and we send a picture of the card... this is bullshit

This company is a scam

I have bought many pieces from clocks and colours. They are undoubtedly my favourite source for jewelry. I wear many of the pieces daily and they survive my daily grind. This includes one of their wallets chains that has now outlasted 3 wallets. I had issues with one piece and they immediately worked with me through their warranty and the customer service was outstanding. I just received 2 more rings as gifts and the quality and detail is outstanding. I’m always looking forward to what they come out with next.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Clocks and Colours. I ordered a chain and a flask, but when I received my package and opened the boxes, the one that was supposed to contain the chain was completely empty. I immediately contacted customer service and also informed the courier company. I provided all the necessary details and proof of what I received.

At first, they acknowledged that my package might have been tampered with in transit. However, later on, they completely denied everything and refused to take any responsibility. Their so-called “support” was useless—they did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue and just wasted my time going in circles. Instead of offering a real solution, they kept sending me the tracking link, insisting that the package was delivered—as if they couldn’t comprehend that it was delivered empty!

This was by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Thankfully, I paid with Klarna in installments, or else I doubt I would have ever gotten my money back from this awful customer service. I do not recommend buying from them at all. But if you absolutely must, make sure to pay with Klarna or PayPal to protect yourself.

Par contre service après vente déplorable.
Bague acheté en prenant soin de vérifier la taille avec leurs impression pdf.
Mauvaise taille envoyé et ne prennent pas en charge leurs erreur malgré les preuves envoyé en démontrant leurs erreur.
Pour que la bague soit changée c'est à moi de prendre en charge les frais de retour alors que c'est leurs erreur.
Et depuis mon dernier mail en leurs demande d'au moins faire un geste, c'est silence complet. Aucune réponse.

They were 10/10 from allowing my item to be classed as a Christmas returns item given my situation even though it was bought outside of the returns window, helping to guide me through the returns process on your website and reassuring me by chasing my item after not hearing back for a while when I returned it.

Je cherchais un site pour m'acheter une bague ou un collier depuis pas mal de temp j'ai pris beaucoup de temp pour trouver des designs qui me plaisais sur Clock And Colours les designs m'ont toute suite attirer, j'ai attendu des "promotions" pour passer ma 1er commande , je ne connaissais pas ma taille de doigts j'ai donc utilisais la technique du papier malheureusement mais évidement la taille ne collais pas en recevant la bague je l'ai donc renvoyer et les frais de ports étais a ma charge 18euros rendez vous compte , et après je vous passe les détails chiants mais je suis encore embêtez pour cette histoire ...
J'ai découvert aussi que les prix sont gonflés comme ailleurs .
Enfin bref passez votre chemin si vous ne connaissais pas votre taille de bague et que vous débutez dans le sujet , et faites attention car les site est assez fourbe les seuls choses de positifs que je retient :
-les designs
-le service d'assistance assez réactif

I placed an order with this company for Christmas gifts, and while the process initially seemed smooth — with confirmation emails and tracking updates — it ended in utter disappointment. After being notified that my package had been delivered, I found no sign of it. I emailed the company immediately, and they were quick to respond, suggesting I check with neighbors or around my property, as delivery carriers sometimes leave packages in alternate locations. I thoroughly checked but found nothing.

When I informed them, they asked me to wait 48-72 hours to see if the package would "show up." Despite my concerns about this being a time-sensitive Christmas gift, I complied. After waiting, I followed up again and requested a resolution. To my shock, they refused to provide a refund or replacement. Their response stated:

"Thank you for patiently waiting as we investigated your delivery issue. We're sorry to tell you that we will not be providing you with a refund or reshipment of your order. Please understand that this is not a reflection of our lack of appreciation for your business or money spent. We are simply acting on the evidence that we have to work off of which is that your order has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier."

They further explained that their decision was based on the carrier's (USPS) confirmation of delivery and implied that without evidence to prove otherwise, they could not assist me further. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Unlike Amazon or other reputable companies, they don’t require a signature, provide photo evidence of delivery, or take accountability for packages lost in transit. Instead, they place the burden entirely on the customer. I’m now out $200 with no recourse or replacement.

I will never shop with this company again and would caution others against trusting their poor policies and lack of customer service. The reason I gave a 2 instead of a 1 is that I love their merchandise, but until they open a brick-and-mortar store, they lost me as a customer.

TRÈS mauvaise expérience avec ce site internet ! J’ai fait affaire affaire Miguel au service à la clientèle! J’ai seulement demander si on pouvais changer la livraison pour express pour être certaine de recevoir le cadeau de mon conjoint à temps pour noël ! Par la suite il a pris la décision de mettre ma commande sur pause pour deux jours ouvrable. Et après plusieurs échanges, il a décidé de canceller ma commande et en plus il ne me redonne pas mon crédit de 50$ pour que je me procure à nouveau le cadeau de noël de mon conjoint !
Vous me décevez vraiment !!!! Je ne recommanderai jamais ce site internet à mon entourage ! Je suis vraiment fâchée et déçu de ce mauvais service que j’ai reçu !

The customer service department has been the easiest to deal with. Today the staff was able to assist in sending me an exchange for some thing I purchased as a gift.

They were swift to email back right away! Made the full process easy!

Without a doubt, one of the brands I patiently waited 10 plus years to purchase some pieces due to being in high school and not having big boy money.

Now i splurge from time to time. Due to being in the hospitality business I have at least a half dozen guests at our boutique hotel ask away on where I got my unique silver!

I only ever had one issue that was not related to the shipping or product quality. Super minor but a stone fell out of one my pendants but I’m browsing local brick and mortar stores to replace it with a Ruby, because why not?

I ordered a ring and measured my finger carefully beforehand.
The Ring is smaller than stated. Now I want to send the ring back and have to pay the shipping costs myself, which I don't think is right because the error is in the size chart and not mine...

I’m just shocked by this brand, they’ve completely worn out my nerves! They asked for a different email, phone number, and a photo of the card. In the end, they took the money and refused to send the order. They’re just jerks. I’m in the USA, my husband asked me to order glasses for him because he doesn’t have time for it. But this is just a scam! Do not deal with this brand!!! Shane Vitaly, I don’t know if you are aware of what your people are doing or not, but you will never enter the global market like this!!! I’m just shocked by this insanity, I’ve never been so brainwashed before! People from the USA, just walk away!

And you know what’s funny, they didn’t want to send it because their system allegedly marked me as potentially fraudulent. They took the money, but the system doesn’t let them proceed. It’s just awful! In such cases, the system needs to be updated!

Been buying their stuff for nearly 8 years now and I have always had a great experience with their products and them!

I'm a customer since 2018, when I bought my first piece from them (Nightshift - stainless steel). The piece had some known issues with the spring mechanism that eventually broke. Being used to the customer service from many other places I never bothered to reach out for the warranty since the piece was also discontinued. Six years later, I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed, I received a full refund for that order in form of a voucher that I used to finally buy the silver version of their upgraded Nightshift.
This was just one of the many interactions with their services, and so far, I was never let down. Keep up the good work!

Never arrived. Customer service is horrible and never responded to any of my messages. They confirmed that I put the right address and when I contacted USPS they told me that the seller put a different address. There was nothing I could do and I was literally scammed.

Ich habe zwei Sonmbrillen gekauft. Davon war eine bereits bei Lieferung beschädigt und die andere fiel nach 4 Monate während des tragens auseinander, weil sich eine Schraube verabschiedet hat.

Schlimmer war nur noch die Antwort des Supports, welche mir allen ernstes mitgeteilt habe das dieser Schaden nicht unter die Gewährleistung fiele und ich sie ja beim Optiker (natürlich auf eigene Kosten) reparieren lassen könnte.

Eine solche Qualität wäre bei einer 20€ Sonnenbrille hinnehmbar, nicht aber ab 200€ und deutlich aufwärst. Seltsamer Weise ist mir derartiges aber selbst mit 5€ Sonnenbrilen noch nie vorgekommen.

Früher hatte sowohl die Ware, als auch der Service Qualität, aber Zeiten ändern sich...

Richtig, ich erwarte eine Mängelbeseitigung und Nachbesserung durch das Unternehmen. Immerhin trägt der Hersteller/Verkäufer die Verantwortung der Gewährleistung. Diese wurde beide Male nicht erfüllt. Wenn mir während des tragen eine Schraube aus der Brille fällt, sich der Rahmen dadurch löst und das Glas verliert, hat dies nichts, aber auch wirklich gar nichts mit unsachgemäßer Nutzung zu tun, sondern schlicht und ergreifend mit einer für C&C gewohnten schlechten und minderen Qualität. Wenn ich Billigware haben möchte bestelle ich bei Wish, da Zahl ich dann aber auch nur für das was ich bekomme.

Eure Antwort ist einmal mehr unverschämt. Eure Kunden sind euch schlicht und ergreifend egal, jetzt wo ihr über die Jahre fett geworden seid! Das war früher mal anders.
