The products are fantastic but the problem is that i can’t order them since every single one of them seems sold out.
I know you guys “don’t rush craft” but at this point you aren’t crafting at all which is a shame since i really wanted that Hermes ring, hopefully you solve this soon.

How would you like it if it was your son’s birthday and you ordered a ring two weeks in advance of his birthday and didn’t receive the ring for another five weeks. When you got the ring it was black and badly tarnished. We sent the ring back and received another ring that was bent. We sent that ring back and you said you would never send a ring out like that, and wouldn’t send another or refund. Instead you kept the rin and said you disposed it. That in itself was ridiculous since silver was $80 and ounce at the time. It’s sad our previous experience was great and now this. You should really check your people in customer service. Poor job! We won’t give you another dime. I’m not sure of the date. My son’s birthday was March 29th.

Their customer service and products are superb, they reply fast and so far it was been a great experience shopping with them.

***Update in reply to C&C's message: Like I said, buyer beware! C&C is the only jeweler on the planet where "significant wear or damage" can occur from wearing a necklace around your neck perhaps 30 times***

I'd made my 3rd purchase through C&C online from Australia and was very happy until some leather wrap on a necklace from my first purchase broke/tore/failed.
I contacted C&C and they sent me details of what I needed to send, I sent the video, pictures and details.
Their responses were fast, credit there, unfortunately they said "After reviewing the details, we’re sorry to let you know that we’re unable to approve the request", this is a necklace that lasted all of 6 weeks!
Perhaps their warranty and customer service is far better if you live in Nth America, but if you're purchasing for overseas, buyer beware!

I ordered a 4mm rope chain from for this company and the chain itself don’t even measure 3mm. I think they just expect their customers to not even notice since probably most of them are naive and don’t know about jewelry. I reached out to them with the pictures they asked for and hopefully they can refund me because I don’t even want a replacement anymore. I will never buy from them again

I ordered a wallet chain and a bracelet and found the bracelet was too small. After emailing their customer support they directed with a link for an exchange and provided free shipping. I waited about 10 days but there was no update on the exchange. I emailed support again and they resolved the issue within 12 hour period. Customer support was very quick to answer my emails and resolved my issue very quickly. As for the products I received during my purchase and even past purchases, I had no problems with the quality of the items and there was no damaged packaging either.

I've ordered jewelry and cologne several times in the past two years and have been very pleased with the quality and detail in each piece. I definitely will keep going back for more!

I cannot say enough about Clocks & Colours as a company. Their products are awesome and very well made, and the best part is they stand by them as they all carry a warranty. My sterling silver bracelet snapped while playing golf and I was lucky enough to find it; C&C decided it fit the warranty criteria and is going to fix or replace it for me. Customer service response time was ridiculously fast. Feel good about spending your money here.

Whether the email was sent intentionally or due to a "system error," the result is the same: customers received a promotional offer that was not valid. From a consumer perspective, there is no way to distinguish between an outdated campaign being accidentally triggered and a marketing promotion being intentionally distributed. The email encouraged purchases based on a discount that was unavailable, which is misleading.

If this was truly a system error, a customer-focused resolution would have been to honor the promotion that was advertised rather than simply acknowledge the mistake after the fact. Instead, customers were presented with an offer that could not be redeemed.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the marketing communications they send. Blaming a technical error does not change the fact that customers were induced to shop based on inaccurate promotional information. I remain disappointed with both the situation and the company's handling of it.

Their stuff is very overpriced for what you pay. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Good luck trying to get a refund out of them.

Their "Life Time Warranty" is BS Clear diamond-like stones on a ring I purchased turned brown and black. Customer service was not help, they first asked for a video, pictures, and proof of address. and then said, " Sorry, we will not do anything.

I had a ring that I was interested in, but the size was sold out. I was in a waiting list, but didn’t get any notification about it so I decided to send an email to ask about it, once again super fast and polite answer . Costumer service is absolutely top tier I must say! ☺️♥️

I bought the wrong size for a ring by mistake and sent an email to ask if i could get another one the right size, they answered right away (it was 1am btw) and refunded my order with in 2 hours receiving my email.

I was impressed by the details and quality of that ring.
I just recieved "Bad Omen" today and I am equally impressed with the detail and the fusion of brass and sterling silver.
I also had the opportunity to deal with Aimee, Richard and a Supervisor on a courier matter. Customer Service at C&C is just as good as their products - top shelf.
