More clever advertising gimmicks.
I'll never buy overseas items anymore. Finally learnt my lesson. I just seem to have the worst luck with them. If you can't physically see it, touch it or feel it for yourself, it's a real gamble with online sales.
This time this company clearly shows a silver ring with black colouring also. Black? You have to angle it in the right type of light to get some black to show otherwise its a silver ring with faded grey at best. Described as a heir loom to be passed down to next generation. Just clever advertising. I'll never wear it.

I have purchased a small number of rings from C&C over the last few years. Their quality and customer support is nothing short of of awesome. I recently reached out them asking for some information on my order history and received an immediate response. Unfortunately, my next purchase has to wait until they restock.

Unique and well-made items across the board! I got a ring for my husband and it's his favorite piece of jewelry aside from his wedding ring. Customer service responds almost immediately to questions and concerns. They have something unique and special for everyone.

I ordered an item back in September. It is now November 22 and per the information on my order email, my item would be shipped by November 15. I reached out and asked for an update and got very little information back in which mentioned once it came back in stock it would ship. It went back in stock and is still not shipped. I paid a lot of money for this ring and it’s very frustrating.

Pretty disappointed as ring I bought arrived in a damaged box for my partners birthday. Although the actual product is fine, it arrived in a small envelope type bag with no padding, the box is bashed on one side as well as the external box sleeve, and looks poor.

Reached out to customer services who advised there is nothing they can do as they cannot control what happens with the courier.

Poor response with no solution or offer to do anything.

The C&C Customer Support team went above and beyond to trace a parcel that got lost in the mail. It was not something that they had direct control over, yet they did what they could to find out what happened and where able to trace the parcel.
Communication with the Support team was clear, friendly, and reassuring.

Next to that, the product has been great and I would definitely order there again.

Amazing Work and Quality

I ordered a ring for a freinds birthday and he liked it alot. I had to find somethig for my self and bough a ring as well for my collection and plan on buying more from them. I inquired about the military 15% of and they emailed me back in a few minutes. This surprised me since I ordered it around midnight pacific time.

This company uses AI to bombard you with texts of videos with your name super imposed. They also call you to leave voicemails. Kind of annoying, but I figured they were just trying to appear as though they care.
When I actually needed help, all you get is continued AI. The AI chatbot said it would send my inquiry to a human to answer, but I didn't hear back from them for over a week. I finally emailed again and received the shortest response that came off as very rude to me, almost as if I was bothering them. Maybe that was just my interpretation, but as someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of apologizing and appearing kind and thorough.
For the price you pay for their jewelry, I felt that was insane.
Their earrings also bothered my ears, which is the reason I reached out. I genuinely can't tell if there's something within the metal or if they're just heavy. Though I've worn a lot of heavy earrings for many years, some of which are heavier and never bothered me. They reassured me that the posts were also sterling silver. I haven't tested them, but also haven't worn the earrings since as they really agitated my ears.
I'd personally much rather support a small business instead.

I ordered on the european website.
Ordered 2 rings, they were delivered but i needed them in another size so i returned them for a different size.
Upon receiving them back they said i damaged them, which is not possible because i did not wear the rings.
I asked for a refund but they offered store credit only. I cannot even buy the rings with the store credit again because my discount was 'used' and they would not give me the discount code again.
I never asked for store credit and never used it.
I asked them to return the 'damaged' rings i paid for, but they do not answer my mails anymore. 1 month and 5 emails later, still ignoring me.
Give me back my money or the rings i paid for.
This is unbelievable. The company does not care about Eu customer laws and just ignores when that is pointed out.
DO not order here!

Customer service wasn’t helpful when I reached out about a checkout issue. Their discounts never seemed to work, and they kept forcing a silver cleaning kit into my order that I ended up paying for. Disappointing experience overall.

I made a purchase and didn't realize they still had my old address after the fact. I emailed them explaining the situation and they were very prompt on changing the address to the new and catching it before it was too late.

I ordered over $2000 worth of jewelry from this website and they never sent it to me. They just took my money and never responded to me. Their customer service never responded to me. I reached them on Instagram and they never responded to me. They’re just straight ignoring me
