Fantastic products and customer service.
I recently ordered a chain from them which sadly was too small. I emailed customer service and within 5 minutes they had responded with a solution. The entire exchange took less than 20 minutes. They were professional and courteous.

Products are unique and high quality. Customer service is helpful and responds very quickly.

I purchased a necklace a couple of months ago, only wore once. I keep it in my jewelry box, at first it was beautiful. Went to wear it for the second time, and the silver on some of the necklace has turned gold. It has never been near water and kept in a dark spot. For the price, I don't believe it's worth it.

It all started with one chain five years ago, and now I have an incredible collection of 100 pieces — and I’m still adding more!

I placed an order with Clocks and Colours (#CUS401378) that USPS marked as delivered on August 15. The problem is that it was never delivered to my address. I live in a small building where deliveries are easy to track, and the landlord confirmed no one from USPS came that day aside from the usual Amazon driver.

I immediately reached out to Clocks and Colours support. At first, they asked me to reconfirm my address and said they would open a claim with USPS. I provided full details, including my address and phone number.

After waiting, their “investigation” concluded with them refusing to help. They claimed that since USPS marked it delivered, they must assume it was delivered—even though I provided evidence and a firsthand statement from my landlord that no delivery was made. They escalated my case to a manager, but the decision was the same: no refund, no reshipment, and no responsibility taken. Their only suggestion was for me to dispute the charge with my payment provider.

I find this response unacceptable. The company essentially pushes the blame onto the courier while leaving the customer with nothing. Their unwillingness to stand behind their product or shipping process shows poor customer service and accountability.

I have now had to warn them that I will file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and my State Attorney General’s Office, in addition to disputing the charge through my bank.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would caution others before ordering from Clocks and Colours, as if anything goes wrong with delivery, the customer is left without support.

Customer support is fantastic, the response is quickly and they assist you to make the right choice.

The delivery company in Europe “DPD” is a nightmare. No notification when the delivery but the worse thing is they leave your package outside on the street in front of the door when you are not home.
People just can take your package.

As notification you get delivered.
But in reality the just left your package on the streets.

So Clocks and Colours go for another delivery company.

Purchased from these guys for years and have only had to problems and both are the clasp on the necklace and just as quick I reached out I received the replacement. Some one didn’t like the warranty process but it’s honestly an easy one and how else are you going to cover your company from people trying to take advantage. No complaints here they are always helpful and have stood behind the products since I started shopping with them 4-5 years ago

I got confused from PayPal and thought what they "PP" sent me was the tracking for my CC order. Customer service was patient and really helpful. This is my second ring from them. Love this brand.

Not only do I love the pieces and the craftsmanship of the company. I recommend it to everyone I know who’s into jewelry! But their customer service is top notch. I reached out to for one of my pieces for warranty service. And they responded very quickly. Within minutes. I’ve never seen a company run so well. They had all the instructions I needed to move forward. I like this company so much I wish I could work with them in the future!

I ordered the Safe Harbor ring a few years ago. Love it! Through out that time I have wanted the pendant High Noon. I finally pulled the trigger. Ran into an issue and had to contact CS over the weekend. Richard replied and resolved my issue within minutes. Can’t wait for the pendant to arrive!

Clocks and Colours always delivers a great product with great customer service. If something is wrong they are right there to assist to make it right. By the way there is really never a problem. But if one arrived they will honor it and make it a seamless experience. Tortuga ring was my first purchase back in 2017 still wear it everyday.

Very fast response time and solved my issue with just a couple of emails

Every ring I've purchase has been amazing. The Team are super helpful and effecient when inquiring about anything. I have purchase four different rings from them and each one has so much fine and intricate detail. There are so many more pieces I want. The company is honestly amazing. No other company comes close.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them, I had one prior issue and it was resolved. But I made my biggest purchase with them and the turquoise stone broke the first time i got the bracelet. I tried to resolve it but they came to no resolution. And had an insane return policy to even confirm the damage.

I know there are a fair amount of negative reviews, however I have to say that I’ve been exceptionally pleased with everything I’ve ever purchased (4 rings, two necklaces, and a bracelet)

The products are great quality, the customer care teams that I’ve interacted with have been great.

I have every intention of making several more purchases and hope I continue to luck out.

These guys are on the ball. I’ve bought a lot of stuff from this company. You cannot beat this company with the consistency and professionalism. It’s easy to support Clocks & Colours because these people truly do love what they do & what they represent. You don’t find companys like that very often any more. You cannot beat how these people do their jobs. THIS COMPANY is that company. I’m tellin ya, that’s just their employees! I haven’t even begun to brag about their product. Let me say this. Clocks & Colours overall is nothing short of sublime.
