Refusing refund and awful customer service
I ordered several items from Clocks and Colours in late November, which was never delivered due to customs paperwork issues. Fedex requested additional information from Clocks and Colours multiple times and despite reassurances from Clocks and Colours customer services that it had been dealt with it was eventually returned to sender in early January.
Clocks and Colours have refused a refund until the delivery was returned to them (not something that I control) and provided no progress updates in 2.5 months. When asked for an update they are still claiming the parcel has not been returned to them and are still refusing a refund.
The customer service I’ve received has been awful, slow replies to emails, no attempt to expedite the situation and just sticking to a script like a broken record for a situation that is their fault that they are refusing to issue a refund for.

Your order was impacted by a logistical issue that our team worked exhaustively to resolve to try and get your order to you. Unfortunately, the delivery carrier failed to cooperate with our repeated attempts to fix this for you, and we regret that you were inconvenienced. This was a completely rare and isolated scenario, and not the experience we want for any of our customers.
The delivery carrier has taken a very long time to return your order to us, and it wasn't until a couple of days ago that there was any indication that your order was returning to us. Your order should be arriving for return delivery this week, and we will process your refund right way once received.
We sincerely apologize for this experience and appreciate your extensive patience throughout this process. We will use your feedback to improve our operations moving forward, as accountability and customer trust are our primary concerns.

Smooth transactions, amazing pieces. I ordered another but realized I selected the wrong size. Customer Service was fast in getting the order cancelled and uonfront that the refund may take uo to 10 business days. No big deal, as it was my error and I'm familiar with how internet refunds work. Solid products and quick service.

Had a bracelet that I bought a year ago and one of the basalt stones fell out, the I contacted the customer service after more than six months, because I always forgot and being busy with other stuff.
But it wasn’t a problem, the response was quick and I received instructions, send it back to get a brand new piece

Incompetent customer service
I purchased an item at 670 dollars. Returned for another item that was lesser in price. Returned the second item also. Was not refunded my original purchase price even though I followed their return policy exactly.

Fake ketten, fake shop
Hab die Ketten North Star x Brass Inlay für 310 € sowie die Snake Bones für 270 € gekauft. In der Beschreibung wird mit Sterling Silber und Edelstahl geworben. Aber nach einem knappen halben Jahr, wenn überhaupt, sind nun beide Ketten sowie der Anhänger komplett schwarz, also praktisch korrodiert. Hab die ketten nicht einmal getragen, und wollte die für besondere Anlässe aufbewahren. Für soviel Geld geht man von aus, dass man auch was wirklich vernünftiges bekommt. Ist bei dem Shop anscheinend ein Fremdwort. Also für mich ist das eine blanke und bodenlose Lüge. Würde mich nicht wundern wenn die guten Rezensionen von dem Shop gekauft sind. Marketing ist nämlich viel Wert in der heutigen Zeit. Wenn man hier Bilder zusätzlich einschicken könnte, würde ich es tun, damit jeder sieht was man für sein Geld bekommt. Ist ein echter Witz. Würde jedem empfehlen einen großen Bogen um diesen Onlineshop zu machen und lasst euch nicht blenden von der schicken Seite und den schicken Bildern des Shops, so wie ich es getan habe. Lernt aus meinem Fehler und geht lieber zu einem echten Juwelier in euren Umkreis. Da bekommt ihr wohl eher was für euer Geld. Vor allem in der Höhe ist es einfach ein NoGo und ein Warnsignal für jeden der das hier lesen sollte. Normal sind beide ketten zusammen wohl nur 20 Euro wert, wenn überhaupt. Aber keine Spur von Sterling Silber oder Edelstahl. Hab andere ketten in dem Format die ich Tag täglich trage und die werden nicht schwarz oder korrodieren. 580 € einfach aus dem Fenster geworfen. Danke für nix, Betrügerbande. Nicht mal einen Stern würdig hier.

The North Star x Brass Inlay and Snake Bones necklaces are made using the materials listed in their descriptions, including .925 grade sterling silver and stainless steel where specified. We do not substitute materials, and each production batch goes through material verification and quality inspections before being released for purchase. Our commitment to accuracy and transparency in our product descriptions is something we take very seriously.
It may also be helpful to note that sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to air, humidity, or other environmental factors, even when stored and not frequently worn. This can cause darkening, but it is a surface reaction rather than corrosion and is typically reversible with proper care. Stainless steel, under normal conditions, does not corrode. Gentle use of a silver polishing cloth or appropriate cleaner is often enough to restore the original finish and is considered routine maintenance for silver pieces.

I have already bought around 6 or 7 different products from the company, the quality of the crafmanship is great ,nevertheless in my case almost half of this items broke after 1 or 2 years, but but, the company always responded either as a full refund or they would help me out by sending a replacement, The costumer service has always answered and help me will all my doubts and questions. If they improve a bit more the quality they would cover all points :D

I have little experience with them; just ordered a nice ring and they lost the product on USPS… from 11 days I didn’t get the product and no proper communication and customer service… I don’t think they know how to handle any claim or complaints

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever…
Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will not be buying from this company again.
When I placed my order, I was told it would be delivered within 5 days. It actually took 15 days to arrive. After waiting 10 days, I told them I no longer needed the item because it was already past the event I ordered it for, and the order still hadn’t shipped. They refused to cancel and refund me.
When the item finally arrived, the chain broke within 10 days of normal use. I contacted customer support for a return and refund, especially since the product is advertised with a lifetime warranty. I was told they would not refund my money and could only offer store credit. They also said the item was out of stock for 3 months, so I couldn’t even get a replacement.
I asked if they could at least replace just the broken chain, and that was also rejected. They sent me a “replacement request” link that didn’t even work. I submitted return requests multiple times, but customer service kept saying they couldn’t see anything in their system.
Between the shipping delays, poor product quality, and extremely unhelpful customer support, this has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly do not recommend buying from this company.

Regretfully, shipping times on many customer orders were extended during the holiday season due to an extensive backlog at our warehouse. We understand your order took longer to arrive than you expected, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience.
When submitting a warranty claim, we do require certain steps to be taken to ensure that we have everything on record, including photos and order information. It sounds like our online portal wasn’t working, and we can see that the agent assisting you tried to use different methods to get the claim information needed to finalize your claim.
Under our warranty policy, when items are not in stock for replacement, we offer a store credit instead. We do not offer refunds for warranty claims, but we understand and appreciate your input given how recently the order was delivered, and will be using this information to consider changes to our existing policy.
We are sincerely sorry for this situation and for the experience, and will be using this as a learning experience for us to improve the overall customer experience moving forward. If you do decide that you need further assistance, please contact our support team directly at info@clocksancolours.com

Advertising error acknowledged, but not resolved
I contacted this company after noticing that the Voyageur ring was advertised on Instagram at a discounted price while linking directly to the Voyageur ring product page. I provided screenshots showing the discrepancy.
Their Instagram team acknowledged that the advertisement was incorrect, thanked me for bringing it to their attention, and referred me to customer support for a price match. However, customer support later focused only on distinguishing between similarly named products and did not address the acknowledged advertising error itself or offer any corrective accommodation.
Despite the error being documented and acknowledged internally, the case was closed without resolution or escalation. I was not seeking special treatment—only a reasonable response to an admitted advertising mistake, which in many cases is addressed by honoring the advertised price or offering a goodwill adjustment.
The experience ultimately reflected a lack of accountability once the issue moved beyond social media and into customer support.

There was a discrepancy with the name of the product versus the image used in the ad you saw, where the product on promo was not the same as the image. While we truly understand that confusion in these situations isn't ideal, we cannot always offer a reduction in price on the incorrect product. Had the promotion been for the same product of the same name and style as advertised, we would have been more open to making an exception.
When errors occur unintentionally due to technical mishaps, we cannot always afford to offer the product under false circumstances. We will always do our best to come to a compromise wherever and whenever possible.
We have addressed this issue with our internal team, and emphasized the importance of avoiding any similar issues in the future to improve customer experience. Had an issue placing an online order, called the Toronto store to have Darcy pick up (multiple, possibly needless calls) to ensure I had all the info I needed, and was truthful about everything. Richard from customer support then took over via email and handled everything professionally and efficiently.
