I have purchase several men’s rings for my adult son. I just purchased another ring. The quality of workmanship is superb! Their customer Service has always replied with timeliness and professional response. The videos make you feel part of their family. They have achieved the personal and professional into a package of success that makes you want to keep coming back!

I have bought a lot of jewelry from Clocks and Colours. Not once have I been disappointed. The quality is exceptional. Customer service always on point and responsive.

I recently purchased a bracelet and it was the same size of a previous one but I should've known better that the one I got previously was a women's one and I got a guys one and it was just a little too small. I love the piece so went to see if I might be able to exchange it for a bigger one. It was late at night and I still immediately got a response back. Unfortunately they were out of my size but still gave me a few solutions which I was good with. No hassle and I got all my stuff taken care of in the same evening. I've never had such a quick and easy time with customer service. Very grateful

I've had nothing but good response from the help team when in need of help. Also, all the products I have ordered have been amazing, or the help desk has helped me fix the issue.

My husband has purchased 5 rings and a chain from C&C and each piece has stood the test of time. We ordered the His and Hers set most recently and made a mistake during our order. Customer Service had the problem resolved in under 10 minutes at midnight on a Sunday. I can't recommend C&C enough !!

I found a C&C piece that I absolutely love. Yet, I had a few questions before purchasing. I sent a note to C&C to get the info I needed. BAM!! Less than 1 DAY, I had a response that WAS NOT A BOT!!! Excellent. Their service is as good as their PRODUCT. TOP NOTCH

Really poor quality and bad customer service

I've bought five pieces from Clocks and Colours now, and honestly, every one of them has been unreal.
The designs, the quality, the whole vibe, it's on another level compared to anything else out there. You can tell straight away you're getting something special and they're a great talking point.

Recently, one of my favourite rings had the stone crack and fall out. I was gutted, but when I reached out to them, the team sorted it straight away. Super friendly, no back and forth, no stress, they offered me a solution without any dramas.

You don’t see that kind of service much anymore, these guys back their products and look after their customers properly.

Safe to say you've got a lifetime customer. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

Great customer service, marketing, and product

Their jewellery ranges from average to quite good, I have 3 pieces from them 2 bracelets (quite good) to a ring (average).
However the singular worst part of this company is the invasive consistent digital marketing, constant, unrelenting sms. I’ve emailed them about removing all my information from their systems and still get multiple sms.
I’d say stay away, there’s other jewellery companies, most of which will show you more respect

Recently, I unknowingly ordered a ring from Clocks and Colours and only knew this after I saw the completed order in my emails the next morning. I contacted C&C that morning. They immediately replied to me and said that they were going to try to intercept the package before it was sent. They successfully did this and emailed me again in super quick time about my refund. Very helpful, professional and efficient. Thank you so much for reversing my mistake!!!!

Not only does C&C have great products and awesome warranties, they also work through great people who genuinely care about their customers.

Not only are they quick to respond, they are also committed to make sure their customers know how much they are appreciated.

One of my favorite things about them is how they add little things like stickers to their packages as a way of showing their gratitude for purchasing their products. Is a sticker a big deal? Certainly not, but the thought that went into just saying, “thank you, you’re appreciated” strikes home with me.

This last recent order I ordered the "Original Sin" pendant and it's exactly as advertised on the website. In total, this makes my tenth piece from Clocks and Colours. I love the "rocker" or "heavy metal" aesthetic as well as the uniqueness and detail from their pieces. The craftsmanship and details of all their pieces that I own are top notch. I have had to contact customer service on more than one occasion including a return; I've always received great support and prompt customer service. Prices can be a bit steep but if you're savvy and patient you can absolutely score something you've had your eye on with the help of a sale (Black Friday sale can definitely help with that). At the end of the day, jewelry purchases are a luxury expense, regardless I've been nothing but happy with all of my purchases and will continue to buy from them as well as recommend them to others.

I am a long time customer of Clocks and Colours and have around 9 pieces now. I keep coming back because of the quality, craftsmanship and very fair pricing. I recently had to use a warranty on one item and I was blown away by the service. Their service manager Ryan got back to me immediately via email and addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. I then got another piece sent to me via mail right away to address my concerns. Indeed I now add 5/5 customer service to their shop name as well. Wonderful all around !

Do not recommend.

They have deceptive return policies and anything on sale is considered "final sale" and can only be exchanged or swapped for store credit. Considering the difficulty of ring sizing due to thicknesses/etc., I would recommend looking elsewhere. Most other places have significantly better return policies.

I will not be ordering from this company again. They know their return policy sucks and they don't care - as long as they get your money once they're happy.

Edit: the merchant has responded. There is no information on the product page that the item is not returnable - it does in fact say it it returnable within 30 days. The detailed return policy says "clearance" items are final sale but nowhere on the product page or menus does anything reference the word "clearance".

I ordered something but too small. Then it was refunded to a gift card which I cannot use for the right size.

Ordered something over Christmas delivery photo was delivery driver handing another packaged to someone else in the building, CC refused to help me resolve so was out of pocket without the item ever showing up.
Delivery company wouldnt discuss with me as i wasnt the sender. Got generic emails from clocks and colours saying they wont assist me,

Ive ordered before so know they have black packaging the photo is quite clearly some clothes from ASOS but they seemed to take the easy route out and claim that photo shows its been delivered. When questioned if thats what they sent it in they ignored me and said the same generic answer they gave to begin
Dont waste your money

I ordered a bottle of colone.. To start...it was $180. I ordered it for a vacation, on short notice. I paid for 1-2 day express Shipping. I was not informed until after I placed my ordered, that they will take 4 days to process my order. So it did not arrive before I left. I was also not informed that it would require a signature for delivery. So it showed up while I was on vacation and nobody was here to sign for it. Clocks and colours told me to reschedule with fedex. But fedex delivery manager does not have any options for me to re-schedule (not to mention I can't afford to take off work just so that I can sit at home and wait for colone). Their answer (after I became rude and began posting reviews) was that they are working with the Shipping manager to have the product returned to them and after they have received it they will refund me. This company has taken $200 from me for a bottle of colone and I have not received the product nor a Refund. It has been over a month. They are theives. They do not care about their customers, unless it is how they can rip them off. I guess that's what I get for buying from Canada
