Got the ring From Ashes on my birthday! Pictures do not do this ring justice. I am so happy with the quality of the garnet and detail of the artwork all the way around. Love love love this company and the work they put in is very much appreciated!

This is an excellent company where the jewelry definitely makes a statement to anyone and all that see it. I get compliments every single day without fail in my TATTOO studio when my customer see the jewelry that I wear. This company is jewelry is right up there with some of the most expensive namebrand, silver companies, like CRAZY PIG…CHROME HEARTS… BWL aka, Bill Wall Leather, etc… With Clocks and Colours you don’t have to spend $2500 for a silver ring where the quality matches and that most times far exceeds the quality of those major name brands previously mentioned in this review. They say you get what you pay for… Well, this company you get a whole lot more. I am a customer for Life. Thank you guys for amazing jewelry. PS when the hell are you going to come out with a ring for us bass guitar players? You have Zielian symbols for the drummers and for the guitar players You have the fender pic and guitar ring but us low enders Don’t have a bass guitar ring yet. How about a cool bass clef ring? come on guys… L O L. From one to five stars this company gets a hundred stars!

I have quite a few C+C pieces and love them all. The customer service and communication is amazing and even when things go wrong they jump in quickly and help out. I ordered a bracelet in the wrong size and on the weekend customer support reached out, told me my options for exchange and even followed up with emails and text messages! These folks go way above and beyond!

My son has received 3 bracelets in succession - the first was incorrectly sized, the second snapped within hours, the third snapped within hours. My son had to fund the shipping costs for returning all defective products. Clocks and Colours stated the snapping was due to 'wear and tear'.

We made a formal request for a full refund due to the defective nature of the product. After 2 months of onerous emailing regarding our legal rights, Clocks and Colours finally admitted a refund was reasonable, but claimed not to have received the bracelet.

In response to Clocks and Colours' updated reply below: as C&C is fully aware, the latest defective bracelet was returned weeks ago and all evidence was provided in line with C&C's onerous process. We will of course resend all the evidence including tracking number, signature-upon-delivery and a photograph of the delivered defective item.

Clocks and Colours should also kindly note that providing a refund for a defective product is not a gesture of goodwill, it is a legal obligation.

Update 26/6/24 After emailing Clocks and Colours pictures proving that the faulty goods were delivered, they were left with no choice but to agree to return our money but unsurprisingly failed to process the reimbursement. After further contact by us, we eventually got our money back - A textbook case of how not to treat your customers!

5 stars is not enough for these guys. The jewellery is second to none. Heavy, amazing quality and beautiful and the customer service is just as good. Can’t get enough of their gear!

I waited and waited to finally treat myself to a ring I had been eying up for a year, my small business had a really exciting project and as a reward to myself I thought now is the time. Using their own sizing guide using mm I picked my size and ordered, after nearly 2 weeks the ring arrived and excitedly I tried it on only to find it was WAY too small, thankfully they had included their own ring measuring tool in the package, using this I determined the size it should have been.

I went through the returns/exchange process to get a replacement in the correct size, which cost me an extra $6 plus postage, sent the item back to the UK returns centre via Royal Mail tracked 24 then emailed them as requested in the returns instructions with proof of postage and tracking number, now 2 weeks later and several attempts to contact the company I have had no response or update apart from one message from their Instagram page directing me to the websites contact us page.
I have used the website contact form, sent multiple emails and use social media and no one has answered, to cap it all their live chat on the website gives me error messages whenever I try to use that, I am down £160, have no ring, original nor replacement, and cannot seem to find a way to even speak to an employee to get some kind of resolution.

The only reason this review isn't 1 star is because the ring quality (although I only had it for a day or two) and packaging quality were great.

Had a issue with the getaway glasses. Messaged in and customer support provided options. Sloane was really helpful and polite, We don't have anything lilke clocks and colours in the UK and this is the only company that i go to. Big respect to clocks and colours for quality as always.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely love everything about Clocks & Colours! Their products are absolutely top-shelf (I own nearly a dozen of their totally badass rings) and their customer service is by far THE best I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. Any issues I have ever had are taken care of promptly and beyond expectations. Thanks C&C for everything. Looking forward to my next purchase and adding to my super rad collection. This company offers great products and offer fast delivery as well! You can buy a membership too that will offer you a rebate on everything you buy so it pays for itself and more! Their customer service is excellent also no worries there! So buy with confidence you will be happy and like me return again and again!

Customer for 8+ years (5k+ spent), admin on a c&c facebook group and will never purchase another piece from them.
There lifetime warranty is awful, got a chain clasp broke, pretty simple and cheap part, they require ever piece of information for me to claim regardless of there being a c&c stamp on there!
This was a gift and im not asking friends for the original invoice/invoice total etc its rude as hell!

So yea anyone want any pieces mine are going on marketplace. I currently have a £300 order in the post and the mrs has a £450 order on the way, both will be returned for a £5 clasp……remember your customers guys as your prices increase the service needs to aswell.

I've dealt with C+C customer service on a handful of occasions and every time has been a 10 out of 10 experience. Their jewelry is all top-notch handcrafted items. Everything about this company is 🔥.

Amazing products and customer service. Their products are exceptionally well designed with high quality craftsmanship. They provide beyond 5 stars customer service for their customers to resolve any issues. In addition, I love the creativity they have coming out with all different types of products!

Im aware that this website and store is part of a bigger corporation. Yet, their website, client support and even their mailing list (yes even that) is high quality in my honest opinion. Most importantly their products are as well as far as i have experienced. I have purchased multiple products and am either still enjoying them or have returned them without any issues on their side. Even with most of my Bs (asking them what sizes I returned and what sizes I kept) they responded within minutes (yes serious).

Awesome company. I have several pieces of their jewelry. Recently I had a problem with a clasp on a chain. I emailed and sent a few photos. They in turn sent me a paid postage receipt and I sent the chain back. Great lifetime warranty.
