After a five years claims process following my son’s car accident,I can honestly say we are deeply grateful for the support we received from CL Medilaw.The journey was long and at times challenging but the team remained patient,professional and committed throughout.They kept us informed,answered our questions and continued to advocate for a fair outcome.Their persistence ultimately helped secure the compensation my son deserved.We are thankful for their efforts and the compensation outcome achieved on our son’s behalf.

I was happily pedalling along on my usual pre-breakfast cycle ride when a van came up behind and flattened both me and my bike. Fortunately, I have no recollection whatsoever of the incident but, apparently, I was airlifted to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton where I spent the next 10 days in the Intensive Care Unit before I was transferred to a rehabilitation hospital in Haywards Heath. I stayed there for another couple of months before being discharged and allowed to come home. Whilst in the Brighton hospital, I was little more than a gibbering wreck but my wonderful wife and daughters visited me every day and they were approached by a charity who gave them both good advice as to what they should do next to secure compensation and a short-list of suitable solicitors who would be willing to assist for a miniscule fee. My wife chose CL Medilaw and I am forever grateful that she did. As I'm sure you can appreciate, this was a particularly difficult time for both me and my family but CL Medilaw were simply superb. Kind, undertanding and hugely helpful, they carefully explained the situation and helped us through every stage. And, in the end, they secured a satisfactory settlement which I was happy to accept. In short, they could not have been more professional or helpful and I recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody who finds themselves in a similarly unfortunate situation to the one I was in.
