A very friendly and a well-spoken young lady phoned me. She was very kind and promised she would deal with my situation promptly.

Initial location was not convenient for the Physio treatment I required however just one phone call resolved the issue and I am very satisfied with the service provided.

I spoke to Bethany on Thursday April 30th as the link they sent me previously had expired. Bethany was super patient and knowledgeable with regards to what I needed to do. She sent me a new link within a few mins and I was able to log in and provide the information they needed

ES1 very efficient and courteous, made the experience easy to navigate and easy to deal with especially after dealing with pain after an accident
