The document you have referenced, named "complaint_against_bromley_social-evidences_bundle_style_1_to_197_indexed___.pdf" was received on 09 April 2025.
Having checked the case history on complaint reference 25 000 626 I can confirm the document was deleted on 14 April 2025. Unfortunately there are no comments on the Notes and Analysis document to explain why the document was deleted.
As the document was deleted before your subject access request was received it could not be considered for disclosure in my response to your request.''

I am amazed by the customer service at Kingsley Napley. I sent emails to multiple firms in London asking for assistance and information regarding the acquisition of a work visa for my daughter. I only received a response from two firms and Kingsley Napley is the only firm that offered genuine counsel. Ultimately, the regulations surrounding work visas in the hospitality industry prevented Olivia and her team from being able to solve our problem, but the genuine concern and effort put into a resolution without first securing compensation was a tremendous blessing. I am confident that I have an ally in London!

Was more interested in trying me to deposit £5000 on account than answer my questions, and come back to me. Dreadful service. Advertise taking action against the Police, but then shy away from it. Glad I found another firm instead

KN created a truly terrible experience that went on for over 5 years and cost our family over £73,000 our life savings gone on a confusing, protracted Trust case that KN did not have the knowledge or experience needed to resolve the matter expediently .l really feel that they profoundly failed my family with their incompetence by dragging out the trust matter.

Unfortunately although they came recommended through a friend of a friend, I cannot recommend them for employment law for employees.
Very expensive service for very little basic and general advice instead of a specific targeted expert approach that was expected. Following their approach led to being in a worse position, with significant financial impact that could and should’ve been avoided by a good lawyer. The focus on constantly increasing budget for very little advice and charging for minor edits was exhausting. After even spending significant amount, the situation is not progressed and the prognosis is unclear.
Received better, clearer advice from other sources within 20mins.
Perhaps they are more suited to advising employers in this practice area.
