I contacted this firm last week to ask for advice about potential inheritance dispute and what I needed to do as my siblings had stopped communication after my parent had passed. I didn’t get past the call taker who told me if there was no Will in place then there was nothing they could do. I wasn’t advised of Letters of Administration or potential freezing of assets or even writing to the individuals concerned to ask if a Will had been left. I was given incorrect advice by an incompetent call taker who even failed to put me through to a solicitor when asked. I can’t speak of the lawyers of this firm but the call taker seriously needs to be reviewed.

I saw Limes website, read they dealt with cases involving harassment and elderly abuse. I read that Limes are very understanding and caring. It is all there on their website, they have a team, their head of abuse team is Malcolm Johnson. Then I phoned Limes and was told we don't deal with any abuse cases! I recommended that the young lady visit Limes' website and read about their abuse team and the areas of abuse and harassment they cover.

Awful huge waste of time !
Neelam was my solicitor the case was going very well the expert found negligence I had a case , so she sent letter to defendant the defendant didn’t admit negligence so they dropped case straight away run at first hurdle
Leaving me with such little time to get second opinion that no one with take my case on now I can’t do anything about my case,
Do not use these people you will be sorry !!!

The worst experience with a law firm by far. Strung me along for months taking payment after payment then talked me out of going to court without even listening or understanding my case, for a very very shit settlement of which the barrister then took half of it (literally). It was a complete waste of time they told me what I wanted to hear but then then did no work and then took money for absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t advise using this company

I was recommended Lime Solicitors by a friend and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I had no previous experience of making a claim for personal injury, and I was guided carefully through the process by the representative who took on my case. I started the claim in April, and by October the claim was settled. All emails and queries were responded to immediately, and kindness was shown in the face of my lack of experience. I was offered all advice possible and the options open to me. I would recommend Lime to anyone, as my case was expertly overseen with extremely reasonable fees.

Absolutely excellent experience. Went so far beyond any expectation to provide for me. My case like anyway was quite stressful, and I found it difficult at first. But the service Lime provided me was amazing, I was guided through every step and kept up-to-date, everyone I met was friendly and professional. Medical Negligence Claim

We instructed Lime Solicitors in 2022 for a medical negligence claim. We experienced the communication and handling of the case through our legal representative Ikhira Thandi to be professional, proactive and efficient, leading to a successful settlement in September 2025.

An excellent service from lime solicitors,they go above and beyond to help you in any way. They are very clear and also simplify parts that you may not understand. If I sent an email they was very quick to get back in touch and go through what ever my query was,can't pick any bad falt exalant from start to finish.

I contacted these for help with NHS negligence, I was told they can't take on thd case, I asked why ? I was ignored , I messaged another person asking why they ignored me too.
