Please don’t use this site I purchased from here as I thought it was a uk based company I bought my husband a polo shirt which from the picture looked just what he usually wore I was surprised at the length of time it took to arrive. Alarm bells started to ring it did eventually arrive but my god it is something you would normally purchase from one of those cheaper sites obviously made in China of sub standard silky material a hideous colour.I emailed company to complain if I wanted full refund I would have to return at my cost to China , I could get a 10% refund and keep item which isn’t suitable as a duster I eventually got £5.99 for a shirt which cost me £29.99 disgusting. Moral of this review when ordering on line please check reviews first which I didn’t , don’t be misled by a company name hopefully you won’t receive goods that are not fit for purpose(in my opinion)

Absolute scam !

My shoes arrived completely different to the ‘quality picture’ they advertised .Basically a cheap and nasty £34.99 pair of shoes ,that have gone in the bin.
Customer service are friendly but offer a small percentage back .All refunds by registered post to China .The company details state Netherlands.
False advertising ,misleading in all aspects .

The item delivered bore little resemblance to its online description and picture (including colour). I immediately tried to return it but they insisted that it be posted to China (at my expense) alternatively they would give a limited discount or credit against another purchase. I did not get what I ordered. Avoid!

SCAM. Send cheap rubbish and if you complain you have to return to China.
Why does the UK allow this?
How dare they use the word London in their name when they are in the Netherlands (allegedly - more likely China.)

Can anyone tell me if they have had a complaint resolved to their satisfaction. I am in dispute with them at the moment as I am asking for a full refund a free return. They have offered me 10% and to keep the shoes which I refused. The last offer was 20% but to pay my own postage which I also refused as I will be out of pocket for £26.16 plus cost of postage to China

The worst clothing company I have ever bought from.

The dress I ordered not only arrived a week late but arrived 5 sizes too big. The material was cheap, definitely not worth the price they charged.
When I asked to return the item free of charge I was told this wasn’t possible as it was the customers responsibility to pay for the return. The customer service team were rude and unhelpful.
Avoid this brand at all costs!!!

A pair of paper shoes arrived today. Probably cost them 5 p to produce. A complete fraud company.

No, I won't waste my money sending them back because I know I'd never get a refund. Compliments to the company, though, for creating such a professional looking website. (The only thing of value in that shop!)

Now the shoes will go straight to the bin!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Does this company think people are thick? Ordered some barrel denim jeans and omg what I received was absolutely disgusting. Polyester crap that's what even a blumming clown wouldn't wear these. Well people here goes I'm going to the trading and consumer act has you're false advertising you're goods plus if all else fails I'm going to the small claims court. You will not scam anyone else you rotten people how do you sleep at night

I ordered sandals and they were small, I asked how to send them back and was offered 10% of the price I paid plus I could keep the sandals that don’t fit and were no good to me, or I could have 50% of the cost of the sandals in a voucher so that I could buy another pair DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM AND THE SANDALS ARE VERY CHEAPLY MADE.

I bought a pair of sandals that took 3 weeks to arrive and were then too small. I ordered a size larger assuming I would be able to return the smaller ones but no, they make it impossible for you to return items. You have to send it to a random address in Hong Kong tracked and signed for. To stop you returning your item they offer you a 30% refund and tell you to keep an item that you don't want. They are a vile, dishonest and disreputable company - don't buy from them!

Do not buy from this company they are absolutely terrible. I waited a month for the order when it arrived the clothes were very poor quality and they are refusing for me to return even though their website says you can. They are offering me 20% money back and keep the rubbish order. Save your money. These companies should be stopped. Order number for your information Clark-London #8092

The item didn’t come on time for me to use and then they refused for me to return offering 10 percent off instead. They are masquerading as a company in London which they are not. Dreadful company don’t buy off them.

IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOSE MONEY, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY - IT IS JUST A SCAM FRONT FOR A CHEAP CHINESE CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR COMPANY.
SADLY I WAS TAKEN IN BY THE PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE AND EXCELLENT PRODUCT PHOTOS. THE ORDER TOOK 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE AND ATTEMPTS TO GET A REFUND AND DELIVERY INFORMATION WERE MET WITH UTTER EVASIVENESS WITH THE EMAIL ONLY CONTACT, DRAWING CONSTANT REFERRAL TO THEIR EXTREMELY VAGUE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
30DAY REFUND POLICY IS WORTHLESS AND THE COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR UK DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS AND CONSUMER LAW..
MY ADVICE IS THAT I YOU HAVE SOME SPARE MONEY, GIVE IT TO A DESERVING CHARITY, AT LEAST YOU'LL FEEL BETTER WITH YOURSELF!

Appalling level of customer care.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong colour and notified them immediately, but nothing could be done. The shoes arrived eventually and were poor quality, too small as well as wrong colour.
I returned them to the Uk warehouse, and they sounded pleased to tell me that they will only refund if you send them back to China. Then you can apparently have 40% refund if you're lucky.
At the moment my shoes are in a warehouse somewhere and Clarke London have my money.
Absolute criminal scam.
Be warned. You will regret dealing with this company

Terrible quality and a nightmare to try and return items. They are not in London, they are not even in Netherlands like they say on there website....THEY ARE IN F CHINA!!! So to return the sandals it will cost more than the shipping costs and they will not pay for the shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

SCAM organisation and I would not have scored at all but had no choice to offer 1 star. Website states you can return your item. THIS IS A LIE!!! The return address in Southall on the front of the package lures you into a false sense of security that the product can be returned to the UK until you discover, the product came from China and was extremely cheaply made. The image of an office in the Netherlands also appears to be fake. I was offered 10% refund after spending approx £124 for 4 blouses. MY ERROR FOR NOT READING THE REVIEWS!!!

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Shoes came, poor quality didnt fit too small not a size 8 at all. Have asked for a refund and been offered 20% off, and 75% store discount. Have had 3-4 emails back and forth with them and basically they're a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Shoes did not fit - contacted customer service to arrange return, three emails ensued offering me discount etc if kept. I replied each time that I wanted to return for refund. Finally email received advising me to return to address in China, shipping and customs etc to be met by me. I ended up taking their 20% refund offer and giving shoes to charity shop.
Very unhappy with service, if aware would have to return to China would not have purchased.
I do not recommend and will not use again
