This company is a rip off. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The name of the company suggests they are in London but they are not. If you want to return an item, you have to return it to China at your own cost!!! The items are cheap and awful. I will never use them again. After numerous emails, they offered me 30% refund and told me to keep the items. They are a complete rip off. Please avoid them!!!

Clarkelondon ARE NOT CLARKS, DONT BE CONFUSED. I order shoes, they took for ever to arrive, are not the right size and the material is synthetic. Read the reviews before you even think to buy.

I ordered a dress waited weeks for it to come when it got to me it was nothing like the picture and came 3 sizes to small now they want me to pay to return absolutely terrible company

Totally SCAM. Clothes came from chaina well too small shoes well too small. Can't return items. I have been offered 10% refund and I can keep too small clothes. Process of return doesn't exist. Each answer for request of return and full refund conatin new silly solutions. Keep clothes pay £9.95 for each new one. We will give you %50 voucher for new clothes. Ect. Everything apart return. They not follow return policy from their website.

AVOID. Terrible quality item, website says 'easy returns', but want you to send item to China. Posing as a London based company, do not been fooled by this scam website!

This is a scam. Do not use. They are actually based in China. Phone goes to answer phone and you can’t return goods. They are total rubbish quality. Horrible, cynical company.

A scam - rubbish quality and complicated returns to China!

Zero stars!!! Products are incredibly poorly made, delivery is extremely slow and the refund policy is not properly explained on the website. You have to pay for the shipping costs to China to return!

A disappointment. I knew these sandles were going to be so because it took weeks to deliver, so I knew these were from 'China'. When I finally got them they arrived loosely in a dirty grey plastic bag. On inspection they are plastic. Poor imitation of leather, nothing like the photo, and the straps are loose on my feet, with the ankle strap ill-fitting as the band curves outwards on either side instead of neatly fitting. Worth £5 at the most, so I consider these a rip off. It's getting harder to avoid such scams. The clue is that any brand that includes 'London' in the names is obvious 'China'. Avoid.

before you put anything in the basket, think TWICE!! Everything they advertise on their website is a cheap cheap junk,,clothing , shoes, etc.
They let you believe that you are buying an orthopedic sandals which was originaly price £70 with half price offer of £35. It's a scam. The sandals that I purchased arrived in plastic, and they were plastic, smelly all the way from China.
Of course I contacted their customer service via email and requested return. first email from them stated 10% money back and I can keep the junk sandals, I refused, second email stated 20% money return and keep sandals, again I refused, third email stated 30% money return and I can keep the sandals, againI refused. Finaly they send the return form but said buyer must pay for the return to sent to China!! Their contact details for their customer service is in Netherlands! Yes you heard it right! You think you are byuing from "Posh" Clarke London but realisticaly you are buying cheap plastic smell product from China which cost them pennies but to you they are selling it for a premium price.All their productss are from Temu but they let you believe that it is coming from Clarke london, which doesn't exist. So products are sent from China- looking cheap and very poor quality, contact is advertised in Nerherlands where?!and Using Clarke London name to foul customers.
When I posted my item back as it was health and safety hazzard extremly slippery made of plastic rather then suede as shown on their website , the postal form required Vat and contact number to China. When I contacted their customer service they said customers never needed vat or contact number to fill in for customs!
I gave the vat number for Netherlands as I had no choice!
I've printed the link of emails I had from clarke for Chines customs in order to investigate them further. Clarke are not who they say they are!
Beware the postage to China is expensive!!
You will not only waste your money on cheap junk and poor quality products, but also on international return postage to China.
Don't browse on this website, it's not worth the while.

Be smart and choose anything else but NOT clarke london!!!

Just like other reviews - Ordered orthopaedic sandals - what came was not only very poor quality but not in any way orthopaedic- just cheap rubbish. ‘Customer Service’ were obstructive and effectively made it impossible to return the goods as the London address can’t be used - they want you to send them to China.

Buyer beware DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - their website makes it look like they are based in the UK they are NOT. They are selling sandals for £29.95 that you can get for under £10 on Temu. It took two weeks for the sandals to arrive and when they did they were not good quality - I sent them back to the address on the return label only to be told that that is not their address and I should have emailed them so they could have sent me the correct address in China - thank goodness for Charge Back

Please be aware they there refund policy is wrong.
I ordered a suite from them unfortunately it was the wrong colour and did not fit anyways. on the website it said it was green when it arrived it was blue.
I asked for a refund. And was told I would only get 10% back or store credit. There was noting on the refund policy and saying this .
I spent £124.95 with them and they ended up giving me 20% back which was only £24.99. Im so angry with this company I would advise not buying from them, the suite wasnt great material. Customers service was very bad.
I won't be buying from them again.

I have had exactly the same issues as everyone else. Poor service and difficulty in getting a refund. The shoes are the same as you get on TEMU for £12.09The quality is really bad (shocking) as for customer service customer abuse!

Unfortunately like the rest of the reviews I fell for the lovely photos displayed on the website. More heart breaking for me was that I ordered a black trouser suit for my mums funeral in the height of grief because it looked less formal than work wear . Stupid me . Not only did it not arrive in time but minus the trousers. After many emails I am still waiting on a resolution but I realise now like everyone else it is a total scam of a company with no integrity or any kind of credibility. I had to go out then and buy another outfit to look nice for mum. Avoid at all cost please . I will never buy again without reading any reviews,
My heart is broken grieving for my mum and I am not finished with them yet.
I will be reporting them to everyone I can do as grief is a powerful emotion trust me.
Do not spend any money on this website PLEASE
