Replacement part
I had mislaid a part from my grandchild's moses basket stand. I emailed Clair de Lune customer services to see if I could purchase one from them.
I had a very quick response from them to say they would pop what I needed in the post. It was with me within a couple of days. Such a great service, highly recommend the company - 10/10
It's so refreshing in this day and age to be able to contact someone about a problem and get it sorted so efficiently.

Pleased with service overall
Easy to order items. Good website to browse. Very good value and choice. New customer discount appreciated on my order. Updates on delivery service etc. received. Unfortunately not all of my items I had ordered arrived however I emailed and explained this and within a few hours I was told that I would have replacement items sent out to me. Contact with Robyn who was really helpful and prompt in replying to me. Really pleased with outcome. Good customer service.

Disliked that there was no internal covering on part of the order which was to be gifted but customer service was prompt and courteous and the issue resolved to my satisfaction.

Really happy with the customer service from Clair de Lune. I had a small issue while assembling my Moses basket stand and contacted customer service for help. They responded quickly, explained exactly what I needed to do, and even sent me a helpful video showing how to fix it. I followed their instructions and it worked perfectly!
They were also very kind and arranged for a replacement set of screws to be sent as one was missing from my package.
Thank you so much for your help and for making the whole experience so easy and reassuring. Excellent customer service — I would definitely recommend Clair de Lune! 😊

Very clear safety testing - thank you!
So impressed with this company. I just received our solid oak cot bed and it's absolutely beautiful. I am always eager to verify green claims that companies make so I reached out to customer service before I bought the bed and asked them for more details on their materials, including chemical testing and confirmation about the standards that the bed complies with. They wrote back really quickly and shared evidence of their tests, including some very much optional testing they've done on chemical safety. I really really appreciated this - it shows how seriously they take the safety of their products.

Item not received - no communication until I contacted them.
Placed an order and paid for an item showing as in stock received confirmation then heard nothing for over 10 days. Emailed them to query and just received an order cancelled email. Eventually then got an apology email saying the item was out of stock.
I fully appreciate mistakes happen - but the onus should not be on the customer to recognise or rectify the issue. I will not be using again, regardless of how good their products or prices may be.
