Great
I had texts from start to finish regarding the installation time and process. The engineers were great very friendly and talked me through what they were doing and if it was ok for them to proceed. All in all would strongly recommend to everyone.

Decided to switch on a Tuesday...
Decided to switch on a Tuesday booked installation for the next Wednesday, everything installed in under an hour and worked at speeds of 10x my last provider at a cost of more than half a month I used to pay, so 5 stars will switch again when I have to without the worry.
