Sub contracters, used by rise fiber separate review for them also bad. Engineers great came quick done their job and went. But i am getting low speeds.

I lost connection on Thursday 7th of May because of a system issue caused by a cancelled change of address. When this happened, my line was momentarily "available" and free and therefore it was occupied by someone else without my authorization. Now CityFibre won't give me my Internet back and they won't delete the "ghost" occupier even after giving them 3 proof of address that I am the one living at this address and the ACCOUNT TAKEOVER was UNAUTHORISED.
I work from home and because of this I am losing days at work.
If this is not fixed within 24 hours I will report you to Ombudsman

I had no internet since sometime after 9.15am 24.4.26 I noticed when I got home at 10.30pm it was not working. I had unplugged router and box on wall waitied few minutes and re plugged back in but service and broadband was not lit up on box on wall as it should. Before I went out at 9.15am I had internet as I was able to watch something on catch up on tv. I contacted city fibre as they were working out side flat next door and thought issue may be down to that They said to contact my internet provided and they will contact city fibre which I did. I did receive an email saying on Tues 5th May between 8am and 13.00pm I would have engineer out to sort issue the two guys who came were unable to sort and said someone else will be out in couple of days. Around 12 midday same day another guy turned up Terry clark he was great he sorted issue, by time i left for work at 13.30pm internet was back up and running as all lights lit up on box on wall. Terry said He would speak to engineer who came out so this does not happy again to someone as it shouldn't happen. Terry said what sometimes happens is someone is trained but could be the same week so not much experience. We both agreed for a while a newly trained engineer should be accompained by a trained engineer who has done this job for a while. I feel they should not go alone untill trained experience staff feel engineer can do job well enough to go alone. Maybe now and again staff competencies would be good. I will say it would not have been good if I worked from home which luckily I don't.

I live in social housing and there was a problem on installing. The guys who came looked for answers rather than dwelling on the problem. Friendly and informative. Once problem over, efficient and fast. Have never had such good service.

Sam and his colleague fitted fibre to my home today. They were incredibly attentive to the fact I have a newborn baby at home. Clearly communicated when they were entering the home and what they were doing which gave me time to move my baby away from noise etc if I needed to. Outstanding service ❤️

The engineer who installed the new broadband connection was punctual, polite and efficient. The system is working well. I was given plenty of information about when the installation would be and how long it would take.
