The appointed day and time of installation were fully respected. I was reminded of this several times, which is an important element of good service.
The team of specialists arrived on time,
all work was done very quickly, professionally and neatly, the engineer was polite and explained all his actions in detail. After setting up the equipment and checking the quality of the connection, the installation site was so clean that no additional cleaning was required.
Very grateful to the installation team for their work.

Very nice gentlemen
Very nice gentlemen, they where fast and nice to talk to, had an issue with my broadband but they told me to wait an hour after installation and it worked

Failed installation for the second time…
Failed installation for the second time as CityFibre / Kelly Communications is not prepared to move the surface box 1/2 inches in order for the engineer to be able to re-connect our fibre line due to previous damage. Once again left with no broadband to the home and working a hybrid role is not incredibly challenging. No date given to the repair.

Incompetent staff
A CityFibre engineer came over in the morning where he proceeded to loudly talk on his phone to his mother, drop wires over next door's fence, drag mess through the property, and then returned at 5pm claiming he'd been called back to the place and had made a mistake. After 15 minutes of him arguing in the garden with his colleague it was finally done. Just an absolute joke.

Charlie & Ellis were great, polite & did a great job digging my front to lay the fibre cable, they were very tidy & left everything in back in its place. Installation went well & they check everything working on the router before leaving! Grand job done, thank you!

It was a night and day experience I had eight visits from Virgin media who said my property was unistallable along came Vodafone totally professional installed my fibre where I wanted without any issue the engineers were fast and efficient and extremely helpful and would highly recommend a fantastic experience and that’s a lot coming from me A 5 ***** Experience
