The installation process was very good
The installation process was very good. Equipment arrived when advised, engineers arrived when advised. They asked where I wanted the installation and made sure it was done. Very quick to install and all up and running. For clarity, my router needed to be in the centre of the house and connect with a Ethernet switch, which required a line being run underneath the floor. The floor had access which made it possible. The engineers were friendly and professional. Very pleased.

Fixed a poor install ASAP.
Had a terrible install where the original team left the fibre network on top of my yard.
Two lads (Matt & Ali) came out within a week of complaining and dug a small trench and sorted it out sharp.
