CIBC telephone representatives are the worst
CIBC representatives are the worst! They are rude, they don’t transfer the call to a supervisor because they don’t allow you to complain about them and they need new representatives with manners towards customers otherwise they will loose more customers. I’m cancelling all my services with CIBC!! Very dissatisfied with their telephone representatives.

WORST BANK EVER
WORST BANK EVER. Have LOTS of money with them and they won't even waive the yearly fee for the credit card. So i downgraded to a basic credit card with no yearly fee, and they immediately change the billing date to the DAY OF the downgrade, and CHARGE PAYMENT INTEREST. Tried to transfer money to my mom and they LOCKED MY ACCOUNT because of suspected fraudulent activities. Ended up spending hours on the phone and hours in the branch because nobody seems to be able to help and all they could do is transfer me to another agent and another and another... One time they even hung up on me/disconnected the call. Sign up with CIBC only if you have all the time in the world to be dicked around by this so called bank
