An update to below. Chuug contacted me regarding my comments and review. They asked for some photos and agreed this was not the standard they wanted and arranged a replacement of the not so great cup, with a perfect one.

Great concept, poor delivery. Quality control is hit and miss. One cup great the other has a massive gap between the wood and stainless insert. There were dents on the lip of the second cup that created sharp points. Definitely would not recommend.

Just recieved the Chuug V3 as a birthday present and i am beyond happy with everything about it!
It is comfortable in my hand! The quality is outstanding! and the upgrade that has been made to have the metal flask removable to make it dishwasher friendly is great, the only issue i have found, which is nothing for me but maybe something for others, is that the flask doesn't go flush to the wood when you screw it in, but it doesn't affect the mug in anyway so i am not bothered by it!

Great Product all round and kinda want to get the other colours....best sweet talk the Mrs me thinks haha

Always get what is ordered, the quality is superb. I have V1 and love it. The update makes me want another.

For these for myself, my son, and son in law. Well packaged, decent presentation box, but spotty quality. Fit of stainless to wood mug is uneven and out of round. The stainless insert is held in with a soft plastic threaded base held to the wood mug with a single non-stainless drywall screw. Not confidence inspiring.

I hope we have fun “breaking them in” together, but I am not sure how well they will hold up with use. The overall aesthetic is great, but when you take it apart, an examine it, the material quality and the fit and finish are pretty lackluster. If I had had a chance to see them in person, I never would’ve spent the money on them.

Ordered the Dawn Charcoal and Dusk Natural, both arrived well packaged. Both really well made and I am very happy. My wife is going to get me the midnight one, so I have the full set

Beautiful hand crafted mug, the wood and the handle are really nice. The stainless lining isn't insulated so not sure how long it would stay cool like a Yeti but it's a beautiful item. Enjoyed my first beer in it tonight (Stella), however a 12oz beer looks lost in the mug as it's large. I'm sure it will be quite the conversation piece, glad I bought it! It took a few days shy of a month to arrive. I did not have to pay any extra shipping (aka tariffs) as others have reported.

Bought 3 for myself & 2 buddies. Loved it so much had to buy 5 more for rest of crew. Laser engraved names in for the extra touch. Turned out awesome. I will always pay for good quality stuff. Love how insert unscrews for easy cleaning.

The mug is better than I imagined! Beautiful mug but yet masculine ! My wife said it was so me…not sure I want to drink out of it, or display it on the fireplace mantel !

Beautiful bespoke gift for my husband. Well made and very easy to order. Arrived within a few days of ordering too. I noticed that some people complained about the handles not being big enough for large hands. I can confirm that this is nonsense as my fella is 6ft 6 and has hands like shovels and manages perfectly fine.
