My glasses got a small crack which…

My glasses got a small crack which rendered them unusable because it ruins the glasses entirely with how the shade adjustment technology works.

I didn't file the paper after I got these as a gift and now I can no longer use them for running. I barely got any use out of them compared to other running glasses. I no longer recommend these to other runners. Save your money and get some running glasses that will actually survive outdoor use. I have two half marathons coming up and was hoping to wear these. As much as I loved them I need glasses meant to be worn.

Worst experience ever

This is an official request for the immediate processing of my refund. My order, placed in August, has been severely delayed for over a month with no meaningful updates.

Your customer service agent confirmed that the finance team would process a 10% refund. I agreed to the 15-business-day window, but I decide to refund under deep consideration. After I said I would like to get refund, my follow-up inquiries have been completely ignored.

This complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I have received neither my product nor the partial refund I was promised. Based on the experiences shared by others on this forum, this seems to be a common issue.

I expect the Chamelo finance team to process my refund immediately. Further delay will only confirm the negative experiences many of us are sharing. A zero-star rating would be a generous reflection of this experience.

I really liked the design of these…

I really liked the design of these sunglasses — they look so nice, and I love how well they charge. I also like that they come in both dark and light shades, with the lighter one changing color. But they feel a bit too big for my face; they keep slipping off whenever I walk, and I have to keep adjusting them.

Received my order right before travel date !

Customer service was A1 ! Very professional and polite, responded promptly and took care of my situation. I had a travel date and they made sure I received my order in perfect timing ! Highly recommended!

Chemelo glasses worked great but the…

Chemelo glasses worked great but the build on the arms are super weak. They are basically foil metal arms that with a rubber sleeve covering them. First the sleeves are easy to be pulled off and second the small metal arm that’s under the sleeve broke in about 2 months of normal wear and tear.

Absolute worst company ever

Absolute worst company ever.

The lack of communication in regards to product being delayed constantly is ridiculous. I’ve asked for a refund on 2 occasions, and they did not refund the first time as the service rep stated he was “working on it right now” for 30%. Communication is always polite but the lack of follow through speaks VOLUMES.

It’s been over 2 months since I placed my order and nothing. I placed my order on July first 1st.

At this point; go order from somewhere else for sunglasses. Still no refund, 200 dollars gone.

I was excited to buy your goods and look forward to it coming, but I waited a long time without any following until I asked what happened, and then after a while without notifying the progress, I asked again, before and after processing for three months before receiving the goods, and promised to return the discount is not below, it feels very bad.

Love these glasses! Best pair of glasses I’ve ever owned. Broke my first pair and had to order a second pair. Glasses were out of stock for 2 months however Manager James took care of me. Highly recommend Chamelo glasses.

You mentioned receiving zero help, but in fact our support team responded to you with the following information:

1. We are not responsible for stolen packages or porch piracy.
2. We advised you to submit any evidence of theft to your local authorities and file an official police report.
3. We also informed you that if you could share a copy of that official report with our customer service team, we would review and consider refunding or reshipping your order.
