Awesome product and Customer Service.

The Customer Service Team, specifically Aira, did a great job helping me with the delivery of my order. Aira resolved the issue that I had concerning the return of the item I ordered due to the delivery address I put in when I placed the order. Aira updated my delivery address accordingly and I finally received the package sent directly to my home address.
The item is awesome and I am really looking forward to wearing it on all my runs.

Functionally fine, quality not as expected

I bought Aura and it functions as described; however, the overall build and visual quality did not meet my expectations given the price point and how it is presented in online images and videos. Certain visible details were more noticeable in person than anticipated, which affected my overall impression of the product.

That said, I would like to acknowledge that the customer service team was responsive and professional in addressing my concerns and worked with me to reach a satisfactory resolution.

The most practical sunglasses I’ve ever owned

I bought the Chamelo Prime sunglasses and was immediately impressed. The adjustable tint is the standout feature: you can change it manually by sliding your finger along the frame, or let the automatic mode adapt to ambient light. The transition is almost instant — going from very light to very dark in under a second. It’s dramatically faster and more practical than traditional photochromic lenses, which often take minutes to react.

A huge advantage is that the lenses react to visible light, not UV. This makes them ideal for driving, where normal transition lenses don’t work properly because windshields block UV rays. The lenses are also partially polarized, which effectively reduces glare while still keeping phone and car screens perfectly readable.

The sunglasses are lightweight yet sturdy, and comfortable enough to wear all day. I often forget I’m wearing them. They’re also sweat- and water-resistant, so they work well for outdoor activities and sports. Battery life is excellent — I only need to charge them about once a month, and charging is very fast.

They come with two different nose pads, a charging cable, and a very solid, stylish case. The frame is on the larger side, so it’s worth checking the fit, but Chamelo’s customer service is outstanding: fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful — among the best I’ve experienced.

Overall, these sunglasses offer great value for the price and make wearing sunglasses effortless in any situation. I use them far more often than regular sunglasses, which means better eye protection all year round. Highly recommended.

I placed the order since last month…

I placed the order since last month 25th November, and it’s nearly a month now.There is no update on my order and i’m still waiting my order for Christmas. This is the worst experience ever, they just want to sell only with no product ready in stock.

Customer Service is non-existent

I have been trying to get in contact with Chamelo since 12-2-25 and no luck. Purchased glasses to give to wife for Christmas and it is now the 15th of December with no tracking or shipping information provided. When purchased said expected order to arrive in 2 to 5 days. Then a delay email said maybe 5-7. We are now on 13 days and no response. Website says 125 available, but yet mine is not shipped or given a shipping information. I have tried to call 15 times today no answer. I have e-mailed 2 times no answer. They do not list any other options to talk or get help. Need to improve overall custoemr service.

Issue Resolved — Good Customer Support in the End

Initially, I experienced a delay with my order, which was frustrating. However, after reaching out, the support team followed up, apologized, and offered a goodwill gesture.

Although communication took some time, they did eventually resolve the issue as promised. I appreciate that they took responsibility and made things right.

It’s always nice to see a company stand behind their service when something doesn’t go as planned.

I ordered glasses back in may, I was told there was a delay in shipping and no one was able to provide we with an expected shipping date, I asked to cancel the order and receive no refund. I checked the shop app in the UK and it still shows as being preparing shipment

Product is fine, poor website- update, corrected mistake

The product is fine, but the website needs work. I was trying the entire time during the cyber deals to purchase a pair of sunglasses that they listed they have a lot of yet no matter what device, what browser, etc. I couldn’t access the cart/checkout option & sending them an email received no response. Now that the sale has ended, suddenly it’s working fine. It wasn’t a traffic situation either, I tried all times of day through the sale including the middle of the night.

Update- while the initial experience wasn’t ideal, I have to give the support team credit for reaching out & doing their best to correct the situation, even to the point of refunding the missed sale difference. At the end of the day, no one is perfect but I have to give them credit for doing their best to rectify any mistakes. The glasses are also awesome.

Excellent company!

I ordered the Dragon sunglasses with the adjustable tint. They're robust, stylish, and certainly unique by virtue of the adjustable tinted lens which alters instantly with a subtle swipe of the arm. The box and glasses case are a work of art, let alone the glasses themselves.

Moreover, the customer service team were excellent, quick responding, and kept me informed of the delivery process throughout.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Chamelo. Recommend!

“Apparently my package is on backorder, but the disappointment arrived right on time.”

I’ve ordered from Chamelo twice now, and both experiences were absolutely terrible. The products themselves aren’t bad, but the customer service and overall ordering experience are embarrassing.

The first time I ordered was around this time last year. I pre-ordered the Prime glasses, assuming—like any normal pre-order—that the company already had a set number of units ready to ship to early customers. Instead, it became clear they were using the pre-order money to start manufacturing. I kept getting excuse after excuse: “We don’t have the product yet,” “Manufacturing is delayed,” “We didn’t make enough,” etc. The order ended up taking almost 1.5 to 2 months to arrive. They tried to make up for it with a small refund and a free gift, which I appreciated at the time, but the whole thing still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fast forward a year. The Infinity glasses came out, and I figured surely they’d have corrected these issues by now. Nope—same situation all over again. I pre-ordered, only to be told once again that they didn’t manufacture enough and had already sold out of the pre-order… yet they kept selling it. The exact same excuses, the exact same delays.

Long story short: do not order from this company expecting a real pre-order experience or timely delivery. It feels like they take everyone’s money first and start manufacturing second, then scramble to explain why they can’t ship what they’re selling. If you want similar products, buy from another company. Chamelo clearly has no idea what they’re doing.
