Purchased the aura rx glasses in Dec…

Purchased the aura rx glasses in Dec 14, it is now almost end of January. The latest email from them was Dec 22 saying 2-3 weeks for completion. Since then, I have sent multiple emails asking for an update, and have not received any response. This is completely unacceptable/unprofessional for spending $444 on your product and no communication after multiple attempts to contact them.

Received email from management at the beginning of the month stating my order should be shipped in February, it is almost March now and I have sent an email asking for shipping or tracking update and no response back yet. I purchased this product in December and still have received the item I ordered. This is very frustrating.

• Matériel fragile SAV déplorable fuyez !!!•

Lunettes reçues plusieurs semaines après la date promise tant pis pour Nöel.
Lunettes reçues en panne et qui comportent des taches de led hors services.
Depuis plus d'un mois, toujours en négociation avec Chamelo pour prendre en compte le problème.
Un conseil : matériel fragile, 100% en plastic qui ne vaut pas le coût à éviter.

Meine Meinung über den Garantiefall, Support und Produkt mit Anmerkungen.

Es wurde schnell auf meine Mails regiert fühlte mich zu jeder Zeit gut informiert über den Ablauf des Garantifalls.
Vielen Dank an den Support sehr gute Arbeit machen Sie so weiter.
An die Entwickler der Musik Shield Brille:
Auf die Idee muß man erst mal kommen per Fingerslide die Lichtdurchlässigkeit ändern zu können. Leider ist der Bereich der Steuerung am Bügel etwas zu klein in seiner Länge breite is gut .
Die Möglichkeit diese Funktion auch über eine App zu steuern wäre super eine 2 Chance der Steuerung.
Akku top Sound für die größe find ich gut schön wie der Sound um die Ohren fließt und man die Umgebung war nimmt, Lautstärke gut laut.
Bei den Roten Glässern ist der Bereich der Tönnung von + nach minus ok dunkel und hell genug.

Update – Issue still unresolvedwing

Following Chamelo’s public response stating that a manager would contact me, the situation has unfortunately not improved.

I was provided with a tracking number for an order supposedly shipped on January 7, but this tracking number does not work. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a valid tracking link or confirmation of shipment, I have received no response.

Even more concerning, the refund that was mentioned has still not been received.

Between an invalid tracking number, a complete lack of follow-up despite public commitments, and a refund that remains pending, this experience continues to be extremely disappointing.

Public apologies mean very little when they are not followed by concrete actions such as proper delivery, functional tracking, or an actual refund.
I therefore stand by my original review: misleading communication, lack of transparency, and unreliable customer service.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Their product is defected. It doesn’t work as it’s supposed to work is a nightmare to get in touch with them. I’m trying to get my money back and being difficult. Also, they never shipped my item on time. There’s so many things. I would never deal with this company ever again.

I placed my order for the chamelo Aura…

I placed my order for the chamelo Aura Audio on the 27th of December and then have heard zero updates since. I’ve emailed them 3 times and still no response and have called numerous to still.. no luck. I would truly appreciate if I can get these by the end of this week because I will be leaving out of state and the website promised me that I would receive my product in 5 business days. I would love to buy more products but this is really frustrating.

Second Pair

This is the second pair for my son. First pair my sone absolutely loved until he accidentally got them wet & they quit working. The second pair l got him the glasses with audio. As he still loves the glasses- (paraphrasing) he says the audio is absolutely horrible! Ordered early December and didn't get them until January.

Severe delivery delays, but issue ultimately resolved

I ordered in November and was told there’d be a production delay. When I asked if it would still arrive before Christmas, I was led to believe it would — but it never arrived. I’ve been fully charged but have no product and no updates on shipping. Based on other reviews, I’m now worried I will never receive what I paid for. This has been a very poor experience.

UPDATE: Following my original review, the situation was resolved.

Although I had received confirmation in early January that my order had been cancelled and that a full refund had been processed (with advice to wait the standard banking period), the parcel unexpectedly arrived at the end of January — almost two months after purchase and well after Christmas, for which it was originally intended. There was no prior communication to explain this change in status, which added to the confusion at the time.

After this, a manager from Chamelo contacted me directly — which I appreciated, as they were under no obligation to do so. They acknowledged the issues around delivery delays and communication, explained the situation clearly, and offered a partial goodwill refund as a gesture for the inconvenience.

This refund was processed promptly.

To be fair, the product itself is excellent and works exactly as described.

I’m adding this update so future customers can see how the matter ultimately concluded.

My order was not processed for 20 days and when asked for refund they stopped answering my emails.
