Cristina was incredible! She was super understanding and flexible because our large group was staying in Florence, so we needed to start the class early and leave quickly to make it back to the train station on time. We all got an opportunity to cook and the food was incredible. She made sure that we got to try different foods and wines and that there was plenty for all of us. We also had plenty of chances to try cooking and to relax. It was such a fund experience and I couldn't recommend La Cesarine or Cristina more!

We had a private cooking lesson with Antonella in her beautiful home in Florence. She was a wonderful hostess, greeting us warmly, making great conversation, and she taught us a lot about how to make pasta and not over complicate things. We truly enjoyed our experience, from experienced cooks to true novices in the kitchen. We would recommend booking with Antonella and Cesarine to anyone wanting to learn more about the food and culture from local experts.

Alice and Francesco were warm welcoming and very sweet. The cooking class in their home was the best part of our visit to Palermo. We loved learning from them both and getting to know them over the cooking lesson and dinner. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a wonder time learning to make ravioli, gnocchi, and tiramisu with Roberta! She was very kind and fun and the meal was delicious! This was a great way to spend an evening with a friend!

If you would like a real Italian family experience then a day making pasta and tiramisu with Maria is one that you will never forget.

The host was inviting, kind, patient, generous, and so much fun! She was a wonderful cook serving delicious food. She explained what she was teaching us and what she was doing. Her home was beautifully artistic like her. Best part of our 2 week trip.

Oriana was FANTASTIC!!! Honestly the highlight of our trip. Cooking clearly is her passion, along with her beautiful and kind personality....Thank you so much for a wonderful day. Hope we can put something together in MIAMI!

We had a lovely and delicious experience with Sylvia and Antonio! They were kind and loving hosts and the meal was delicious. Incredibly worthwhile, a wonderful way for my husband and me to finish our honeymoon.

Simona and Carolina were such gracious hosts! They were also quite patient t with our pasta making efforts!!! The view from the apartment is lovely. Food was amazing. Would highly recommend this class and this mother daughter team!! One of our best Italy experiences!!

Spending time in the market with the locals was a blast .Getting the right produce was half the fun of the day. Corrina took us to a coffee shop then we walked onto the markets .After getting the ingredients we went back to her house and made pasta and tiramisu . We had a sit down meal and ate what we made as well as some products from the market. It was a pleasure and honor to be welcomed into Corrina's Home for a fantastic experience.

Roberta was the most incredibly gracious host, she is an exceptional chef and she made sure our group of 4 all collaborated and had a hands on experience. She served the full meal so beautifully and she joined us - spending time with Roberta and learning her recipes definitely a highlight of our entire trip! Our host, Mara and Her husband, were so gracious. My wife, an amazing cook in her own right had the biggest smile on her face as she was able to see an authentic Italian meal prepared. Then, we got to savor the meal and it was wonderful.
We felt as if we had gone to a friends home, it was that special.
HIGHLY recommend while your visiting Florence, Italy.

Our cooking class was the highlight of our trip. We learned so much and had a wonderful time! Barbara and her husband was so helpful helping us find their home and we enjoyed some wonderful food. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone in the area.

Sono un'appassionata di cucina, ho conosciuto in passato varie insegnanti di cucina. Soggiornando per vacanza a Bologna con due nipoti di 7 e 10 anni ho pensato di portarli per un'esperienza da una Cesarina.
E' stata una mattina interessante, divertente e molto formativa ! Bellissimo il locale dove ci ha accolto. Ho molto apprezzato la Cesarina per la sua competenza, gentilezza e simpatia. Anche i bambini hanno apprezzato tutto !!!

Perfetto!! The food, the hosts, the setting, the instruction, the dogs, the house…it was all magnificent! I can’t describe all of the different points of perfection, so I will just say that we would do it again, it was worth the money, and it was a top moment of our entire trip (which spanned 2 weeks in 4 different countries).

Die Kombination im Vorwege mit den Cesarine war super (Wegbeschreibung etc.), alle waren sehr freundlich. 1x mussten wir eine Buchung auf ein anderes Datum verschieben und auch da war die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice super schnell und nett. Nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht

Great place to stay, great location, great host!

Me and my wife spent four days in Bologna, and with no doubt, the highlight of our trip was Veronica’s pasta-making class. For the first time we learned how to make tortelloni and tagliatelle, and thanks to Veronicas patience and passion for food, she taught us beautifully. We can highly recommend taking a class with Veronica — it’s an experience you definitely won’t regret.
