Learned how to make homemade ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramsu with Roberta. Her apartment and kitchen were beautiful and inviting. Her teaching style was very relaxing and informative. Can't thank her enough fro sending on the recipes after the trip

While the home was beautiful and hostess was incredible kind, it was not what we expected. We thought based on the description that we'd be enjoying an exclusive cooking demo of Sicilian foods. What we received when we arrived, was an already cooked meal that was then served to us. The hostess did share some of her cooking instructions but was not the same as actually watching the cooking and experiencing that. So took off points for it being like we were just going to a stranger's house and being fed.

The company organized our travels and hotels city to city which took a big burden off of us. The specific tours were very good and also left us free time for our own sightseeing and plans.

We have really enjoyed the class! We had a great time cooking with Paola.

We had a fun and informative afternoon with Maurzio. He showed us around the markets and food shops. We prepared pasta, tigelle and tiramisu in his beautiful apartment and enjoyed a delicious meal together

We had a fantastic time at Daniela's home. It has been the highlight of our first trip to Europe and that says alot!! It was amazing to experience firsthand Italian cooking and have her teach us her methods.

This was one of the most special experiences I have had in Italy! My niece and I took a very easy bus ride from Verona to Cri and Stefano's beautiful countryside home in Grezzana. The class we chose - From Eggs to Pasta: cooking class in the countryside - was simply amazing. Cri is one of those special people who feels like an old friend from the moment you meet her. Her home is beautiful, with an authentic Italian feel. We wandered through the gardens, amused by her chickens running to her as she called them by name. We collected eggs and herbs in the garden for our meal. Cri has a special way of teaching authentic pasta making in a way that I could easily duplicate at home - which is very important to me. We made two pasta dishes which were so delicious! Eating freshly made pasta and sauce, along with local delicious wine and wonderful conversation, made for a perfect experience. This class is a bucket list experience for lovers of all things Italian. I cannot wait to visit Cri again when I return to Italy.

Our evening with Patrizia and Luca was the highlight of our time in Varenna! They explained everything about the dinner preparation and the food and conversation was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

La première concerne notre hôte, Daniela, qui s'est montrée très aimable, conviviale, sa cuisine était très bonne. Sa volonté de nous faire plaisir était sincère et nous avons pu échanger très amicalement.
La seconde concerne la prestation : Pour 89€, la promesse est 4 plats et une sélection de vins. Les photos montrent une belle maison, une belle table dressée, un pièce spacieuse et conviviale. En réalité : 3 plats sans originalité (Sgabei, pâte et tiramisu) , un vin sans étiquette, un petit appartement, une table trop simple, la TV en mangeant !
La promesse n'est pas un RDV, la prestation ne vaut pas la moitié de son prix.

Abbiamo cenato (non mangiato) nel giardino della casa in campagna della Cesarina Silvana Buzzai di Pesaro, Mai più scelta sbagliata. Un tavolo strettissimo, mise en place assente, cibo pessimo, accoglienza poco ospitale. Ci è stato servito un antipasto a base di salumi e una piadina secca come una tavoletta di legno. Poi arrivano i passatelli con gamberi. My God. I passatelli erano tutti sbriciolati, sembra cous cous, i gamberi credo erano rimasti in pescheria. Ora arriva il peggio: alla mia richiesta di acqua frizzante, la Sig.ra Buzzai mi porta una bottiglia da lt. 1,5 dove era rimasta acqua che non riempiva nemmeno il bicchiere. Il massimo dell'indecenza e da denunci: ma si può servire acqua da una bottiglia dove chissà chi ci ha bevuto? Prezzo altissimo senza ricevuta. Un amico in tono ironico Le ha chiesto se ci faceva lo sconto visto che non abbiamo mangiato quasi nulla. La risposta della Buzzai è stata: NO
Mi spiace ma avevo un grande desiderio di fare questa esperienza, e 3 mie amiche avevano pensato di iscriversi al corso. Purtroppo a Fano sconsigliamo La Cesarina Buzzai.

Joëlle is a fantastic cook and an excellent teacher with a warm, welcoming personality. Her husband, Ricardo, was just as lovely, they made us feel completely at home.

We learned how to make authentic Tuscan pasta step by step, with plenty of hands-on practice and great conversation. While our dough rested, we enjoyed snacks and local wine, laughing and sharing stories around their table.

The next step mess to finish the preparation of the food, it was absolutely AMAZING!

Alhough the weather was rainy the day we visited Joëlle and Ricardo’s hospitality made the day absolutely perfect.

This was truly one of the highlights of our Mediterranean trip. We can’t recommend this experience enough!

Our experience with Emmanuella was all that we hoped for! She was welcoming and the food was amazing!

Barbara, our Cesarina was a great host to her city. Already on our first stop to have a glass of wine before dinner, one could tell she is a respected and treasured person in her neighborhood. The rest of the evening was just as special and personal, so much so, that I felt comfortable enough to present my wife with an anniversary wedding ring at their table.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

This experience was one of the best we had while in Italy! Our host, Paula was such a delight! I recommend this experience wholeheartedly!

Our class was wonderful! It made our trip to Sorrento! I would highly recommend to anyone going to Sorrento.
