We booked a cooking class which was cancelled, so Cesarine offered us to join the Ragù masterclass on another day. Communication with Cesarine was very fast and helpful. We met Roberta in her grand home - I think she is a secret princess from Florence :) Roberta is the kindest teacher and full of knowledge. She did not get tired of all our questions on Italian cooking and sat down with us for a casual talk after the meal. Needless to say the food was amazing, and Roberta shared the recipe with us, so we can repeat it at home! If you are thinking of spending time in Bologna, you will make a big mistake if you don’t attend a Cesarine cooking class. It was one of the best activities during our stay!

Super serata con Paola, Loris, figlia e amica. Abbiamo rinfrescato il lievito madre (di cui un pezzo ci è anche stato consegnato da curare a casa), impastato e formato delle focaccine fritte che poi abbiamo accompagnato con dei gustosissimi condimenti e del buon vino. Paola una certezza.

Alessia taught us some amazing local recipes! We had a blast and really learned a lot about the region. She is amazing because she does a lot of her own food growing / produce

Christina was warm and welcoming and cooking in her kitchen was like going to an old friends home. The instruction was great and hands on and she imparted wonderful tips along with stories of her food. It was a highlight of our Italy trip. Highly reccomend!

Such an amazing experience!

Not only was Barbara the most hospitable host, we had such clear and kind instruction and ate some incredible food! She was a great teacher and we learned so much about pasta-making but also the little things that make her recipes so delicious!

I would 1000% recommend this experience to anyone who wants a special experience in Montepulciano or Tuscany. Of all of our travels, this was a one of a kind experience that we have been raving about since we did it!

We had the most amazing experience! Our host was absolutely lovely. We had so much fun learning to make pasta. In fact, I can't wait to pass on what I have learned to our daughters. It was one of the highlights of our trip. She was organized, friendly, funny, and we were so grateful to take a seat at the dinner table with her family.

Had a great time. Very nice and pleasant people.Highly recommend.

The cooking class with Patrizia was an absolute highlight of our Lake Como holiday. She welcomed our group (three sisters) into her gorgeous home, perched high on a hill with fabulous views over the lake. She's an interior designer, painter and crochet'er, and her house (which has been in the family for generations) is such a lovely setting for the class. We huddled around her kitchen table, listening to pop songs on the radio, and learned how to make focaccia, fresh pasta and tiramisu. And, then got to enjoy the fruits of our labour with a glass of local wine. Patrizia is a charming hostess, chatting easily in English (even though she's only been learning for three years!), keeping the class fun and even gave us recommendations for fun things to do in Milan for our onwards travel. She sent us all the recipes later and we can't wait to give them a whirl back home. Highly recommend, such a fun "Italian" experience and totally worth the money.

PS – Her house is a little hard to find. Recommend organising a taxi in advance.

We had a fantastic night with Gabriella! She was well prepared and a great teacher, guiding us every step of the way. We made 3 different types of pasta. I’ve never made pasta before but, wow, when it’s fresh there’s almost nothing better! So good and such a fun experience. I’d definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a unique, hands-on activity!

We had a wonderful experience with Antonia in Salerno despite the rainy day. Perfect day to be inside eating and chatting. Antonia fixed us a delicious multi-course lunch and capped it off with some aperitifs that her husband had made. She sent us off with some homemade Limoncello for later. We would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful evening with Veronica making Tiramisu and fresh pasta! We were a group of 6 and a great time was had by all. Veronica was so much fun. She is clearly passionate about the food and sharing her recipes with others. We had a delicious meal of pasta and her homemade pesto and tomato sauce, tiramisu and fantastic wine. The experience was the highlight of our trip! We will definitely do this again!

Everything was perfect my clients were so happy

I had a great cooking class with Catia and her husband. Both were very welcoming, they even welcomed my husband and my baby! I enjoyed learning how to make pasta from scratch and the Tiramisu, though very simple, but verrrry yummmy!! I loved their hospitality and he stories they told us. Cooking with Catia was the highlight of my Italy trip!!

Barbara & Stephen were phenomenal! I cannot recommend cooking with time enough. We had a great experience and cannot wait to make our own gnocchi!

We really enjoyed our cooking experience with Dino! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and the food we prepared was delicious! The location and atmosphere of his restaurant was beautiful and he and his wife were gracious hosts.
