I recently purchased the electronic diamond painting pen from CAYDO, and while the first one I received didn’t work, their customer service absolutely blew me away. I emailed them about the issue, and they quickly sent me a replacement along with a return tag for the original—fast, friendly, and hassle-free!
As for the product itself, it works beautifully. The drills are picked up effortlessly, and the different attachments make it easy to pick up multiple drills at once—up to four at a time. It performs exactly as described, making my diamond painting projects faster and more enjoyable.
Highly recommend both the pen and the company. Great quality, great service, and a great experience overall!

I have experienced the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Big shout out to Belinda a great ambassador for your company giving exemplary service. Fast and consistent quality replying of emails. My first experience with Caydo and it won’t be my last as I feel safe in my purchases. I am waiting for my delivery but if it’s anything like the service I have received so far I have faith in the product coming my way !

The customer service was great. Had an issue with the first yarn winder arriving broken during shipping, but was able to organised a new replacement no issues. Belinda the customer service operator I spoke to was quick to respond and easy to talk to. I’m so happy with my yarn winder, works better than I could’ve imagined

Great customer service! I contacted them about a coupon error (not their fault) and they promptly refunded me the difference of the coupon I had intended to use. Shipping was very fast within the EU (only a few days).

Had a faulty unit (power port too low in the casing, unable to put power cable into it)
Regina sent a replacement with a couple of days and followed up to see if everything was ok.

I bought the Caydo bracelet making machine from Amazon. I had an issue with the needle breaking prematurely and the company was happy to help and send me a new one! The machine was easy to use and it made many bracelets in a short period of time.

Customer service was great. I was buying a gift, and so ordered an item with an EU plug even though my address is in the US. The company flagged it, and sent me an email to double check. This came from a real email address, and I could contact them directly there when I had an issue with the shipping company. The issue was resolved quickly, and I never waited more than an hour for a reply from their customer service.

I was missing hardware for a Caydo craft storage cart that I purchased at an online Auction. Caydo was very quick to respond to my email. I have been using The Caydo Cordless Electric Diamond Painting Pen for six months and I am totally satisfied with it's performance. It makes the whole Diamond Painting experience more enjoyable. It takes less time to place the diamonds and is much cleaner. I had a small issue with my pen that the support team rectifed very quickly. If you're a serious Diamond Painter, this pen is well worth the investment.

I love caydo. I originally bought there. Wireless diamond painting pen. My first one was purple. I loved it so much that I gave up wax. And putty got myself a second pen, and I've been loving it ever since i had a problem with my second pen. When I got in contact with customer service, it was great. They sent me a new pen right away. And now this time I have issues with the tips going flat and squishy and they're sending me new tips

I saw this beader on Amazon and thought this is so cool and will make my life so much easier. So I purchased it and my daughter ended up breaking the needle.
