Excellent customer service from Regina. Answered questions promptly and sorted out my issue efficiently.

I.rwceived my knitting machine. IT WORKS AMAZINGLY WELL! I had a customer service question about the future maintenance of the machine. Belinda was my customer service support person. Ky question was answered and I didnt have to wait long for the answer. I was give all the instructions I needed in a very nice easy to follow video and Belinda was very helpful, very polite and just a pleasure to work with. Customer service was top notch and I couldn't be happier.

I cannot fault this company one bit! What amazing customer service and aftercare when buying their new knitting machine. I had some issues with the knitting machine, Jade was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement which works a treat. Thank you so much Caydo and Jade! What a fantastic company you are.

I hemmed and hawed over buying the electric A1 yarn winder for weeks! I finally bought it and it is the greatest thing I’ve bought in a long long time!! Winds perfect little yarn cakes!!!

The Caydo Electric Yarn Winder A1 Pro Max is phenomenal!!! I have 3 other yarn winders; none of them come close to the beautiful cakes this little wonder makes!♥️ It is so easy to set up and intuitive to run.

I had a little snafu with delivery due to a faulty map app, but Belinda in Customer Service doggedly tract it down and got it delivered the day after I reported the missing winder. Kudos to competent Customer Service & dedicated delivery folks.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Belinda, thank you! I reached out to query delivery times as I bought the electric knitting machine to make lots of hats to donate to our local foodbank. Belinda was so understanding, kind and extremely helpful, so now I have the machine in hand, ready to knit up as much as I can over the weekend. Update: after lots of back and forth emails with customer service I've finally been fully refunded.

Can I give a company less than one star? I placed an order over a month ago. I received a partial refund. But received NOTHING! The Chinese shipping site said it was delivered to "a secured location" but, not my house. I have zero clue what location the order was delivered and want to be refunded. I'm out a lot of money and Caydo as a company doesn't care about its customers. I really wanted the knitting machine but now I just want to be reimbursed.

While it seemed to take forever for the yarn winder to be delivered on a slow boat from China, I experienced the best job of winding yarn I've ever had and I've had a lot! The A1 Pro Max gave me the most uniform and tangle free cakes. Better than all the winders I've purchased. I happily wound 7 cakes of yarn in about an hour - tangle free and almost didn't have to babysit. The only downside is it doesn't stop if it encounters a major tangle or, in my case, a stitch marker.

My previous winder developed a gear alignment problem and customer service was great! They refunded the full cost of that one. I have emailed with Belinda mostly about shipping and the use of the app Shop (which sucks) to track orders, but she was very kind and extremely helpful in trying to solve my issues. No chat bot was involved and she was concise and knowledgeable about Caydo's product.

The winder is kind of of expensive but totally worth it. I don't have to spend hours detangling yarn barf. I highly recommend both Caydo and this new winder. Whoever designed it is a genius!

We had an issue with our machine not working right out of the box. We contacted customer service and they were a delight to work with. They had us try something and once that did not work, they sent us a free shipping label to send it back. They even rushed us a new one before we sent the other one back! Belinda was working with us and she was amazing! I highly recommend them!

I had an issue with a winder and spoke to Belinda. Very helpful and constant emails explaining everything happing throughout my process. Resulting in a replacement and the faulty product going back to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. Everything delt with quickly and no issues with dealing with the problem.

I had a great experience with Caydo customer service. Regina was very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She took care of my issue and made the process straightforward. I really appreciate how she handled everything and made sure it was resolved.

Belinda was amazing in assisting me with making sure my parcel got delivered and keeping me up to date on what was happening, she was always prompt in responding in a timely fashion. The product is great, my only complaint is that Caydo should probably use a different shipping company for Australia

Caydos M1 Pro yarn winder has been so worth it, but unfortunately after about 8 months it suddenly was spinning very slow. But thankfully caydos customer service is actually great, Belinda was very helpful with troubleshooting and ultimately sending a free replacement when we established it must be faulty. Thank you very much!

Exceptionally good customer service; I had problems with my machine and contacted them. Belinda answered my email very quickly, and everything was resolved within a few days. I am extremely satisfied! Highly recommended.
