First of all, I have multiple products of Caydo and I love them all. I've emailed customer service a couple of times with questions and I have always gotten a quick, pertinent response, no canned response. Most amazing to me was I ordered the circular knitting machine using a promo code. Shortly after ordering i realized I had another code for a better % off. I emailed to see if I could use the other code expecting a "sorry, it's too late" I was surprised and thrilled when they issued a refund immediately. Belinda has been exceptional in response and her emails are friendly and very helpful. I almost feel I have a friend at Caydo. I will continue to purchase items from them and frequently recommend their products to others who have been equally happy with their purchases. Thank you Caydo.

I received my Caydo automatic icord machine as a gift from my daughter at the beginning of the year.
I have used it to create lots of very cool items, and it has worked faultlessly, until last week. It suddenly stopped working, so I gave it a good clean, re-oiled it, turned it off and on again, but nothing.
I reached out to the Caydo team, and after sending a short video showing the issue, and verifying the batch the machine came from, they sent me a new one 🥰
It arrived very quickly, and after putting it together (which is one screw and super easy) using the screwdriver that is provided, I was back to crafting in no time.
They have a range of cool machines, and I can’t wait to be able to put in an order with them.
The customer service was amazing, and the team are friendly and extremely helpful.

I initially ordered my new CAYDO product 9/5, received notice that it was delivered to a different address around 9/11. Freaking out I came into contact with CAYDO customer service representative Belinda and boy howdy she calmed me down right away letting me know my product delivery service had not even been shipped! Relief!! I’ve had customer communications with Belinda at least 3-4 times since, keeping me apprised of the situation through out the process. Belinda has been very patient, very kind, very understanding and she very sweetly treated me like a friend, which is extremely rare. I truly, truly appreciate Belinda and wish I had more friends just like her. Thank you Belinda. You are a blessing.

Incredible customer service from Belinda.
I bought the electric swift and the new pro ball winder to make life easier winding hanks from cones, I had them both working in tandem and was thrilled with them.
However next day the pro winder was running very slow and the swift not at all.
Got in touch with Caydo and after a little back and forth sending videos it was discovered I mixed up the adapters! The winder runs on a higher voltage so putting a lower adapter it meant it ran slow, and alas the higher one short circuited the swift completely.
Even though it was totally my fault Caydo are sending me a replacement swift and strongly recommend I mark which adapter is which.
Now that is customer service. I am looking forward to the new swift arriving so can continue winding and hanking..

I can’t recommend this company enough. From the amazing products to the excellent customer service. Each item I have bought has been well made and does what it says on the box and more!
It’s very rare for queries to be answered the same day with a lot of businesses but Caydo excels In this too.

I’ve bought the iCord machine on Caydo.com and really love everything about it! Also a great and quick customer service!
After a few days of working with the machine, it stopped working for some reason and I contacted their customer services right away. They responded within a day and gave me some tips and tests to do first, to check if it would work again, but unfortunately the machine was dead.
Without any hesitation they’ve send me a new machine and arrived to me within 2 days! :D

Caydo Customer Service….WOW. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with their representative, Belinda. Her response was prompt, and once I clarify my issue, it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. WTG, Belinda!

Great customer service, I had issues with my winder after 8 months of use and I contacted support. They replied within 24 hours and sent me out a new winder straight away. The new winder arrived 24 hours later. Great service, staff really helpful and nice.

I had an issue with the discount code. Belinda was AMAZING! She responded to my email right away and helped resolve the issue. I'm new to Caydo. I recently bought the swift and just purchased the winder. With such amazing customer service, I will be getting that I-cord maker I have my eye on next! Thank you Caydo and thank you Belinda!!!

I had recently purchased the Caydo Electric Yarn Ball Winder M1 Pro and found that the yarn cakes were not spun tightly enough, with yarn spilling out of the bottom side of the cakes and the cakes sometimes flying off of the winder; also, the threading stem coilers were not staying in place. I contacted customer service and expressed that I was interested in the new A1 Pro Max electric ball winder. I sent the requested pictures and BN number of the Electric Yarn Ball Winder M1 Pro and followed the remedial instructions (to no avail), and the customer service representative could not have been more helpful in coming to a reasonable solution, which was a full refund. I promptly ordered the A1 Pro Max, of which she was aware, and the customer service representative invited me to contact her if I have any issues with the A1 Pro Max. This experience has established trust and future purchases from Caydo.

Excellent communication- I was very impressed with the response and high level of support- the package was out of stock but they were very helpful and found one very quickly. Best of all they prioritised the delivery so it arrived in very good time! Thank you again!

My Caydo yarn winder stopped working and I reached out via email late one evening not really expecting a response right of way. Not only did I get a response early the next morning, I got a replacement shipped out to me the same day after sending requested photos to them. I am amazed with the quick customer service! To add to their awesomeness, they even reached out to ensure I received it and that it was working properly! Kudos Caydo! Nice touch!

I am an amature artist in my 70,s so I use the product to enhance murals that I have recently gained interest in wish me luck.I lost my remote and the nice folks at caydo sent me a replacement asap I appreciate it.

Best customer service around..i bought a rechargeable winder for my office but it stopped working..i contacted Caydo and they sent me a replacement..their winders are so easy to use and make such nice cakes..thank you for your great customer service
