We’ve gone through three of these with two kids. They last about 6 months. Shame on me for buying a second and a third! Total crap.
Buy another brand, please!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I recently bought the Formula Pro Advanced and didn't even use it a month before I noticed it was dispensing inaccurate ounces of water. It was dispensing any where from .3-.5 of an ounce more than it should've. You'd think for the money you pay it could at least dispense the right amount of water. So I reached out to the customer service which might I add is 1. Hard to get ahold of and 2. Outright rude and useless. I explained to customer service that my machine was not functioning properly, which then was where they played their games. First they told me to send them a video of me making a water only bottle, which I did and in the video it showed the machine improperly dispensing water. They then proceeded to tell me that my baby's bottles had inaccurate measurement markings on them and I need to send them a video of me using a "gradual measuring cup" because that was more accurate. So I did just that and showed that yet again it was inaccurate, to which they responded with I needed to send them a video of me weighing the water on a 2 decimal point food scale. Now who has one of those lying around, I said "ok if you need me to weigh this water with a specific scale I would be more than happy to go buy one, but are you going to compensate me for having to buy a scale just to weigh this water. I got an email stating "no we aren't going to refund for a food scale nor are we going to refund you for your Baby Brezza." I explained them to them that I simply could never trust this machine again and don't want a replacement and would just like my money. Finally, I ended up going to buy this specific scale to prove my damn point and yet again it was dispensing wrong. I suppose after all the games played I'm at a loss for a machine I barely even used because this company will not refund me my money. In the end, I will NEVER buy another product from this company again nor the customer service and how about pick up the phone and say your rude remarks instead of hiding behind a screen.
I bought a baby brezza portable bottle warmer and the cable was not working. I sent a message to the customer service they responded to used another cable and I dis but nothing works and sent videos and picture what they asked. They responded so late or so slow coz I wanted to return it back and they sent a bit complicated link that i don’t understand at all. Customer service sa terrible.
Bought Baby Brezza for a Baby Shower Present. When my niece went to use it 6 months later it is faulty and leaks. Have tried to contact where we purchased it from Bubs and Grubs and you need to lodge a ticket and they will contact you in 48 hours. 4 lodgements later still no reply. And no contact number. Also lodged complaint with Baby Brezza Direct and still no reply! Was not cheap so definitely not happy!
My Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro is not properly drying bottles. Baby Brezza's customer service team insists that in order to get a replacement machine, I have to CUT the power cord of my current machine (and show them this via video), meaning I will be without a bottle washer at all until I receive the replacement. This is the most ludicrous treatment I have ever received. After spending nearly $300 to avoid washing bottles by hand, I am being told I have to do that in order to get a new machine. Baby Brezza created a faulty product, yet somehow, the parents of an infant are being punished? Nice. Unless Baby Brezza resolves this issue with some empathy, I'll be recommending the MomCozy bottle cleaner to everyone I know.
I learned this less than the hard way. Always read customer reviews before purchasing an expensive piece of equipment. I purchased the advanced formula pro for my daughter. After a few weeks, it started making a terrible screeching sound that makes the baby cry. I contacted customer service and they requested that I sent a video of the machine making the sound. I sent the video and they replied that I needed to record myself cutting the cord off and send them a video showing the unit put the cord cut off. First of all the mother works from home and is very busy with her job and relies heavily on being able to make bottles quickly and the right temperature. It is ridiculous to ask someone to cut the cord off and wait for us to decide if you were going to get a new machine the baby still has to be fed!!! customer service is terrible with this company. They are very unreasonable and they do not want to fix their problems. This is your warning: do not buy the baby Brezza advanced formula pro, and do not buy anything from baby Brezza
Just wanted to make a post about how horrible Baby Brezza is as a company to deal with. They are SCAM ARTISTS. The order was supposed to come about a week ago and it's currently in pre-shipment with USPS.
I ultimately found it on Amazon and it arrived much faster - however, Baby Brezza is coming up with excuse after excuse to not give me my money back (This was a $180 purchase by the way). Ultimately, I had to call my bank to reverse the charge to get my money back. All this hassle for nothing - DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS FROM THEM
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Baby Brezza, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts as a mother who simply wanted a reliable feeding solution for my baby.
At first, I was excited to use the Baby Brezza formula maker. It seemed like the answer to my prayers for quick and easy bottle preparation. However, what followed was an incredibly frustrating ordeal. The machine began to malfunction, giving inaccurate measurements and making loud, concerning noises that my baby and I both found distressing.
When I reached out to customer service, I expected a prompt resolution. Instead, I was met with skepticism. Despite my detailed explanations of the issues and sending numerous videos to demonstrate the machine's incompetence, they continued to insist that there must have been user error. I wasted so much precious formula—milk that my baby desperately needed—trying to prove that the machine was indeed broken. Each back-and-forth was like pulling teeth, and I felt as though I was caught in a never-ending loop of explanations and excuses.
What should have been a straightforward process turned into an exhausting battle. I had hoped for a quick solution, but Baby Brezza’s customer service made the entire experience painfully long and messy. As a mother, my time is limited and precious. I shouldn’t have to spend hours dealing with a faulty product when all I want is to feed my baby.
At this point, I have lost all faith in Baby Brezza. I cannot recommend a brand that puts their customers through such a convoluted process. As a mother, my primary focus is on my child, not fiddling with a malfunctioning food source or “pretending” everything is fine when it clearly isn’t.
In conclusion, my experience with Baby Brezza has been disappointing and frustrating. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I advise other parents to proceed with caution. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable alternative.
My order got cancelled. According to their support: Baby Brezza reserves the right to cancel web orders without cause or notice at any time.
Bought a Baby Brezza Super Fast Strrilizer from Bed Bath and Beyond, smelled like burned plastic and smoke within a week. Baby Brezza replaced and same thing happened within a week with the new one. Now customer service has ghosted us. What a waste of money.

If I could give this company a zero! I would!!!! I am still trying to return a product to them that I have attempted to contact via phone and email. They never answered or replied! I contacted them via 3 different customer service emails, via facebook messenger, via their company website chatbot!l! No response from any methods I had used to contact them, and always no agents available even though I contacted them in their available time stated!! I hope this will help other customers know how bad their customer service is, and not regret like me! I would not buy ANYthing from them again!! They are horrible and will never answer you if you have an issue!
Update on 17 Jun, someone finally got back to me and I was able to get my replacement! Looking forward to the arrival so that I can start making baby food purees for my LO! They informed me is due to Memorial day and Juneteenth holiday that is why they are short staffed. So hopefully this is a one off incident, so changing rating to a 3.0 instead! 🙏
You cant trust them. My babybrezza is stuck if i send them a mail they ignore me and if they not ignore they keep asking the same questions and dont reply at anymore
