Poor Customer Service/Day light robbery
Hardly write these reviews. I ordered some time ago for a next day delivery since I was travelling. This product never got delivered although it was MARKED! delivered by the tracking website 4 days later. As a busy person, I took it lightly but business is business even if it’s months apart. This is just for future customers to take note of some of these small robberies that should not happen to any hard working customer.

Hi Leslie, we're going to add some context to your very unfair review as we know you have been speaking to our social media team who has explained the below which you were made aware of, prior to leaving your review:
- The order was placed Friday 14th May 2021 and you paid for Express Delivery (1-3 working days).
- The order was dispatched Monday 17th May
- The order was marked as delivered by Royal Mail on Tuesday 18th May (within the 1-3 working days stated on our website).
- You then contacted our social media team (today), 8 months later, claiming the order was not received.
- The social media team advised it would be difficult to assist you further due to the 8 months surpassed since the order was marked as delivered by Royal Mail.
- We have subsequently contacted Royal Mail who have provided us with the GPS co-ordinates which pertain to your delivery address - feel free to email us and we can provide you with these.
Further to the above, you have been receiving marketing emails since your order was placed in May 2021. Our email marketing software shows you opened in excess of 40 of our emails during this time period and went on to click links leading you directly to our website/social media. Therefore, you had ample opportunities to report your issue to us but did not?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer blind refunds/replacements, 8 months after an order has been marked as delivered. We're fairly confident the majority of businesses would have a similar approach, considering all of the aforementioned information.
Great products
Great products, car diffusers are nice and strong but not too overpowering and last a long time. Sprays also great, smell very refreshing. Have to mention the customer service being excellent too, reply very quick.

Left wanting
I placed my order on 18th December 2021 and it is 14th January 2022 and despite many emails back and forth it still hasn’t arrived. The latest email with the latest empty promise was 10th Jan saying they would sent that day and would put extra stuff in to compensate for such a long delay which is nice. Obviously this “nice” gesture has been tarnished by the fact it hasn’t turned up, again! I have started a case through PayPal and my next step is to escalate and get them involved directly. I would think that the owner would do anything to avoid these negative reviews on Trustpilot but maybe he isn’t aware of this case which has now become a matter of principal. I refuse point blank to pay for a product and not receive it and I think I probably speak for all customers by saying that. I expect I’ll get my money back at some point which is a shame because I was looking forward to a car freshener that, allegedly, actually smells good.

Firstly, I would like to personally thank you for your order. We appreciate all custom, no matter how large or small, new customers and returning.
Secondly, I am sorry to hear of the issues you have had. I take pride in my business and it is always disheartening to hear when customers aren't satisfied with the service they have received.
I have spoken in detail to my team with regards to your particular case who have explained the initial order was dispatched on 20th December, the very next working day after the order was placed. My team can arrange to send you proof of postage, should you wish to see this.
The initial parcel was deemed as lost in transit and the team not only offered a free replacement, but very generously offered free additional products for the inconvenience. Bearing in mind, we have no control over our couriers Royal Mail whom are responsible for delivering not only our parcels, but the nations post.
On Monday 12th January, my team advised you of the free replacement with the additional products, to which you accepted. They were subsequently dispatched on Tuesday 11th January. The service used to send these products was Royal Mail Second Class which take on average, 3-5 working days to arrive. Today would be the 4th working day meaning the products could arrive over the weekend or early next week at the latest.
However, I do note your dissatisfaction and understand you frustrations which is why I have arranged a full refund. When the products arrive, you may keep them free of charge. Additionally, I will forward your comments to Royal Mail and would suggest you do the same as ultimately, they should be doing better and although it is not within my nature to pass the blame or point fingers, the underlying issue which has resulted in all of the above is Royal Mail losing the initial parcel which was dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.

Just the best
Just bought myself a new car and ruined the smell by adding a Halfords air freshener. Switched over to Boss Bottle and I’m never going back! The level of scent is perfect and by the look of how much I have left after a couple of weeks, should last some time. Okay, this costs more than your standard freshener but you just can’t compare the two - this is a top quality product and the scent is spot on. Do yourself a favour, throw away your magic trees and take your pick from the Car Cologne product list, you won’t regret it

Will ruin interior
Buying 1 of these was a very bad idea.
It has spilled out while driving. Onto the passenger seat and stained the leather. Also got onto the back of the mirror and bubbled the plastic.
Going to cost a small fortune to put right. Do not risk it.

I have bought 3 products from them- the diffuser, dehumidifier and car mist and all of them are as awful as each other.
Smell wears off within 2 minutes. The diffuser does not work at all and let’s 0 fragrance out of it.
Don’t fall for the marketing like I did and SHOP ELSEWHERE.
