Terrific Customer Services! Our washing machine had a small plastic part break, I contacted Caple, explained the problem, we had completed the guarantee on purchase, and immediately the required part(s) were identified, dispatched and arrived by courier the next day! Super job, we are impressed. And good to know this is a UK firm, Bristol indeed! Big thanks Caple.

We purchased a copper sink which was fitted in March , it looked beautiful .
The sink literally scratches and chips with very light use . Have emailed customer service but nothing they can do apparently ! We also purchased rubber mats to stop this ! Product is not fit for purpose . I have asked customer service if there is any repair kit but no !

Contacted Caple regarding an integrated wine cooler, integrated fridge and freezer in a triple setup, along with matching stainless steel doors, plinth grilles and handles for a new kitchen project.

They provided all the information I needed to place the order through my local supplier.

Our oven is just over a year old and the runners have rusted (our own fault 😣). We’ve contacted caple and Aaron O’Brien has ever so kindly sent us new runners free of charge! Absolute rubbish. I did my whole kitchen from this brand. Washing machine and dishwasher barely lasted 2.5 years . One by one all appliances started failing do not buy do yourself a favor save your time and nerves . I feel most rubbish. Chinese brand is better than this.

Contacted the number provided below - (motor is dead after local engineer checked) basically what they offered to spend almost same amount to repair this shit .

My integrated Caple wine cooler broke down after 18 months. Fortunately it has a two year guarantee so after an engineer wrote it off a new unit was supplied and fitted yesterday.

To be fair, although the process was quite slow (three weeks from reporting to replacement), Caple customer service was very good. However when I called this morning to register the guarantee for the new unit I was informed that it is only guaranteed for the remainder of the original two years, so basically the brand new replacement unit is only guaranteed for five months.

This is an expensive item that barely made it to 18 months before failing so completely it could not be repaired and having read the reviews on here product quality issues are clearly a frequent problem. Given that I can see why Caple refuses to guarantee the new unit for more than five months but it is very disappointing. I would not purchase a Caple product again.

Our microwave oven broke down at 9 months old. We contacted Caple and after supplying proof of purchase an engineer came round two days later to repair a faulty door switch. Excellent service.

An experience day!
Was a very educational day. Jo and Nikki were friendly knowledgeable and professional. No question was too difficult for Caple! If Jo or Nikki didn't know the answer from the top of their heads which was a rare occurrence someone else in the building did, it was no trouble at all for them to ask someone else and to come back with the answer, it was amazing customer service.
Caple truly thinks of every detail in their appliances it was enjoyable to learn how much thought has gone into each one, they really listen to customer feed back, something you don't always see with the larger brands.

Chan Singh the Caple customer service advisor provided an amazing customer focused service throughout the resolving of my issue, his responses were quick & very helpful, he is a credit to the Caple customer service team. I can’t praise him enough for his help. Mr R Holt

Great quick service supplied by Chan Singh reported fault with tap and issue resolved straight away and new tap in the post already

I ordered a 14L kitchen bin from the website and it arrived in a couple of days. It is perfect for what I needed. My only small gripe is the blue polythene that’s stuck to the outside of the bin seems to be stuck under the black rims of the bin making it difficult to remove entirely without using a sharp knife.

Contacted by email about a broken oven door. Was fully insured under my warranty and Caple sent me a brand new door no fuss. Spoke to Oliver over email and he was brilliant help. Efficient and fast replies.

Great product and fantastic service. My builder lost a small part from the sink he was installing. I contacted Caple, they immediately shipped a replacement, no questions asked! Sink looks fantastic too.
