Top notch after care from Caple and…
Top notch after care from Caple and Oliver Ellis at their distributor.
Tap was supplied from the builders' merchant in early 2023. Nearly 4 years later and within minutes of explaining the glitch with the tap, a replacement part was dispatched the same day, a Tuesday, and arrived on Thursday.
A real joy to come across accessible support, with no fuss and great service. Very impressive. Thank you.

Have contacted Caple as my hot tap boiler is leaking. So far the service desk have been very helpful & responsive with Chan providing prompt replies and arranging for a service engineer to visit to hopefully resolve the leak.

Incredible customer service.
We had a tap head go defective and the company the did our kitchen has gone bust. So I was a bit worried... But I managed to find the order number of the tap and emailed Caple.
Anyway, Oliver sorted the issue under warrenty and has sent out the replacement part.
Unbelievable customer service. In a world where I'm so used to fighting to get things done, Oliver and Caple sorted it out in just a few easy emails. Incredible support. Fair play to them.

Amy was fantastic arranging my delivery and was really helpful with the delivery schedule so I would be home.
Driver was really courteous and a really nice guy.
I’ve known Caple and have used them before and there int a reason o know off why I wouldn’t use them again.

The first person we contacted try to sell us a complete waste system for the sink whereas we only needed a sink plug. Also, £9.99 to post a small Jiffy Bag! Come on, I could have driven to Avonmouth and picked it up.
