Five star service
We could not use our extractor fan and expected it wouid take ages to sort but unbelievably Emily from Caple got it sorted within a day! As I am disabled the prompt service was more than just appreciated! Definitely five star service!

Had a problem with kitchen tap lever…
Had a problem with kitchen tap lever with the rubber internal washer herniating and affecting lever movement by getting stuck. This first occurred within 2 yrs of purchase and Caple quickly sent replacement levers. It happened again 12 months later and the response was very prompt; new levers arrived within 2 days. Can't fault response but a little worried over quality if this can happen twice within 3 yrs! Nonetheless, Oliver dealt with the problem efficiently and very promptly.

I would like to thank Olivia Wright from Caple Sales Office for her prompt responses to my email enquiries concerning spare parts for our kitchen taps. She answered my questions about the parts I needed when I had not been able to find answers from the website. The main issue was about components which I had damaged when removing the tap handles in preparation for fitting new valve cartridges. Replacement required new tap handles. She kindly pointed this out and ordered a servicing accessory kit and new handles for me. I simply had to call accounts to pay. The parts arrived by post the next day. Thank you Olivia for excellent service and thank you Caple for a very good product.

Obtaining spare parts
I needed to order some cooker hood filters. The online process was very easy as it directed me clearly to the filter I wanted. I then received a phone call to arrange delivery, which was a very nice touch. I was able to explain how delivery could be managed if I was out. Delivery was very speedy.

Caple boiling tap
Had an issue with my Caple boiling tap. Called customer service and explained the problem and they diagnosed the faulty part and sent me out a free of charge replacement the next day.
This service is some of the best I have ever experienced and I would highly recommend Caple for all kitchen appliances and other parts.

Ordering was easy and the goods arrived…
Ordering was easy and the goods arrived on the day and between the times given. The only drawback is that on looking for a liner for the sink I noticed the sink I had just purchased cheaper on another site. How can another site sell your goods at a cheaper price. I will be more vigilant in future.

My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and extremely quickly by Hannah. I don't remember having enquiries to other companies dealt with as quickly as Hannah did. I was able to solve my problem with Hannah's help. Hannah is an excellent ambassador for Caple.

Brilliant after sales care
We purchased an under counter wine cooler as part of our kitchen upgrade in 2016. I contacted Caple as it doesn't seem to be cooling properly and Chan Singh got back to me straight away with the contact details for a local engineer. Brilliant service.

Having moved 18 months ago we find we need to replace our Caple fridge freezer but were concerned to ascertain the current direct replacement. Emailed Tuesday evening, first thing Wednesday a very clear helpful response from Chelsea. A1 customer service.
